I had gone into the hurricane Jersey Mike's and I had a coupon that was not valid there did not know that anyway needless to say the manager I wish I would have got her name went out of her way and above and beyond to help me with it and she also sent me on my way with coupons for next time she was outstanding and gave excellent customer service everyone there was very friendly and doing a good job I do know her and her dad was in charge of the place it is amazingly clean I would totally recommend this Jersey Mike's in hurricane Utah thank you so very much we are happy that you are here!!

Today, after a long trip, I placed an online order for pickup… only to realize I accidentally sent it to the wrong location. Totally my fault! But the team here went above and beyond—they called the other location, got everything sorted out, and made sure my order was ready.
That small act of kindness honestly made my whole day.

The girl that answered the phone was in a big hurry to get off. I didn't finish my order and she hung up. When we got there they didn't have my order. No manager was available. Just poor service
