This place needs to be shut down. Did an online order and received email conformation my order would be ready at 7:34. Arrived at 7:40 and my order had not even been started and was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my “Mac and cheese”. Pulled forward and waited for my food to come out which was at 8:09. I would have went inside to request a refund but the lobby is closed so the employees can lay in the booths with their feet on the table (see pics). Food was luke warm at best and after seeing what was going on inside, I tossed it out. It’s sad that another family favorite has gone bad.

For starters, I have had training to be a general manager of a fast food restaurant, and let me tell you his was not customer service at all! More than one person speaking on headset in drive thru to answer questions. Your nicest best person should be in drive through. Not the grouchiest, both ladies on speaker was grouchy and pushy like they wanted my order to be over with. Then I also asked for a cup of ice and soda, and got pretty much got a full cup of ice with my soda but my plain cup of ice was barely a measured cups worth. Very unsatisfied to the max. Prob will not recommend or ever return. So disappointed.

I really don't know what was going on here. The dining area was closed, and the manager was upset that one of the doors was unlocked. He allowed them to take my order in which they got wrong. I ordered a 4 piece dinner combo original. I specifically asked for 3 thighs and a leg. What I got was 3 breasts and a leg. Please check your orders here! They may not know what pieces are what. Besides that, there are no complaints about the food. At least the food was hot and juicy. I believe they were short-handed and running out of product.

Service sucks. Took 45 minutes to get two smash bowl's! I could have saved the money and the time and made it at home in less time than they did! 45 minutes for fries! One bowl had 8 fries... that's all. Never again!

Go to Hurricane not Teays Valley. This KFC is horrible. The “top management” is inconsiderate of customers and puts profits over friendly service. I will travel the extra 5 miles to avoid this place from now on.

the food was great but the manager and another associate was out in the open arguing about a schedule that should have happened in the office and not where customers are sitting eating. Get better managers that should know to talk to an associate in the office and not out in the open where everyone in the whole store can hear.
