We were there yesterday evening and I guess we were invisible. The employees walked past us 3 times and never acknowledged we were there. I’m tired of not having food ready and not being waited on. This is a poorly run KFC. Needs new management. Don’t go there.

Gave me a raw biscuit in my meal. Tried calling back and they wouldn’t even answer. I continued trying to call and was immediately sent to voice mail back to back. I get it’s just a kfc and trust me… my expectations are low however an uncooked biscuit is kinda wild ya know?? Like bare minimum is cook my food. So needless to say if you can wait fifteen minutes just drive to any other KFC.

Walked in as the third person in line but waited a little over 10 mins to be told it would be another 7 or 8 minutes for the TWO pieces of chicken I ordered at a CHICKEN restaurant. There were only a couple people in the place so it's not like they just got slammed. Also, an employee came out of the back wearing a glove but kept rubbing his crotch with it. He had food and flour all over his jeans. Gross. I walked.
