I can’t rate service or food because we never saw anyone, neither did the person in the drive thru. After standing there waiting for a while we gave up and went to Taco Bell.

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to I’ve been here several times every time the chicken is hard and chewy, the biscuits are hard, and fries are ok if they would actually fill up the fri carton, u can eat them in one grab ridiculous. Oh almost forgot I’ve found pumpkin seeds in my chicken like someone was eating them and dropped them in my food discussing

Ordered a 3pc crispy chicken combo. It came out looking like and tasting like original recipe; soggy with grease, dark...nothing crispy about it. Took it to the counter and they confirmed it was crispy. They apologized profusely. Great people, crappy food. On top of that, when you order a 3pc you expect a breast, and a mix of legs/thighs. I received a thigh and 2 legs...no breast. Had Mac and cheese for a side...barely warm and didn't fill the container it was in. For the cost of this meal, you should walk away full...nope. should have asked for my money back initially...

I couldn't get the young lady at the window to understand me and after repeating my self 3 times and having her relay it back to me differently each time I gave up. It was just frustrating. Ended up paying 35$ for 12 chicken strips. Let's just say, we were hungry. Food was decent. I was passing through from out of town.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal. It was terrible! I couldn't even cut it with a knife & it was quite dry. The ice machine was down, so my drink was warm. Also, there wasn't any butter for the biscuit. Service wasn't warm or inviting either.

The food quality is consistently atrocious and insulting. Someone needs to contact corporate because they're knowingly serving expired food to their drive thru customers.If you dine in, however, it seems to be fine. Just avoid the drive thru.
The service at this location is the only reason it gets two stars and not one. People are typically always nice and the food gets there quick but the quality of the food is almost always a problem. Foods almost always never fresh. I go out of my way to go to the Hurricane location because of how poor the quality is at this
