Order a pizza on the app supposed. To be ready at 6:33. I arrived at 6:30 paid the bill was told it would be a couple minutes. At 7:15 I cancelled the order. Terrible service. There were. 3 other customers that also waiting and the Marcos. App showing their order was ready. I’ll never go back.

My father-in-law called and ordered 3 unlimited medium 1 topping pizzas for 6.99 each as advertised. And a pepperoni bread that is 5.99. The MANAGER Samantha told us the total it was 41 and some change which wasn't right. So we asked her if all the pizzas were marked 6.99 and she said yes that was just the “taxes”. I go to get the pizzas the man up front didn't even know the menu called the manager over she said that it was right and wanted to know the reason she was called over and she ended up walking way! After 10 minutes of trying to explain that it wasn't right she finally fixed it. 10/10 will not go again. Management is rude and disrespectful and talks to you like you are stupid. They argue about fixing something they messed up and the staff don't even know the menu.

Very unfriendly service. They have a sign on the door that says to walk up to the takeout window and then they look at you like you’re crazy when you do. The lady behind the counter said “that’s for night shift.” It doesn’t say anything about night shift. She was holding the order of the guy in front of me and when he gave her his name she just stared at him like he’s an idiot or something. On top of that they sold me room temperature pizza. Never going back to this Marcos again.

The middle aged angry brunette was unpleasant. She waited a whole 5 minutes to ring us up. No communication whatsoever. Once she did communicate it was very poor. I also could have gone without her bad attitude, eye rolling, snappy deminior and lack of basic customer service skills. The food was great though.

The food is fine, but it takes at least an hour if not longer to get it if you order delivery. It used to not be like this, but has the last 3 times we have ordered. I guess once the food is done, it drops off the tracking. So I’ve had no ability to track it since the first 15 minutes it was “baking.” Here I am, an hour later still waiting on my family’s dinner. For a large cheese pizza, and a sandwich. We won’t order here again.

The older lady that took our order had a very but attitude with unfriendly facial expressions, like she was being bothered and hurry up Someone called and complained on the phone and she said she was very sorry that she would let her general manager know. Got off the phone and complained about them complaining. A young man that delivered the pizzas came in, no gloves was worn, wiping his hands on his clothes, fixing food with no gloves First time eat there will never go back.

It's pretty average pizza. Similar to Little Ceasars but better.

Pizzas swim in grease so bad that it seeps out of the box. Manager laughed when complaint was made and made light of the situation. Manager stated that they made a pizza bowl with the same toppings and had to throw it away. But you’ll serve it to customers?
