I'm a dasher and I just had an order to pick up from this store. As I walked in, they greeted me, I told them why I was there, and they seemed to ignore me. I could see the order I was picking up sitting not five feet from the employee who greeted me. No one helped me until the delivery driver came back inside from another order and finally after a few minutes, they asked him to help me. Then, come to find out, the customer I delivered to had a coupon she was trying to use, and they told her to give the coupon to me, the driver ... Really? This is the best hurricane Marcos has? Pathetic!

Ordered a large works pizza with extra cheese and thin crust. Pizza was anything but thin crust and had almost no cheese and hardly any toppings. Maybe twice as thick as normal pizza would be. And didn’t taste anything like a Marco’s Pizza. Also the sauce and toppings covered less than half the slices. Not even close to the edge of the crust. Won’t be back!

Once again I place an order to get there past the time it was supposed to be ready to find out it had not even been made to be put in the oven. We stopped getting pizza from here for a while because of this. Then we gave them a try last month and it was ok. Now they are back to old form. I had to leave because of commitments so hopefully someone enjoyed our pizza. Don’t take orders if you cannot fulfill them.

The last 6 or so visits have all had undercooked dough. The quality about a year or so ago was excellent but it has gone downhill since.
Plain and simple chain pizza. A little better than the other guys. Fast friendly service was a plus.

We are a family of regular customers.We ordered Xtra large with Xtra cheese. It was very dry with light sauce.Management was contacted via phone. The manager's response was if you order extra cheese, order extra sauce.We are no longer wondering wht they have a " Now Hiring Management" sign.
