What do you need and I responded the order that I just placed was not ready yet I know that and that’s fine and then when it was ready, he slid the soda and my bag across the counter and the soda hit the floor, where I left it

Love the food, love the vibe, but every single time I go my order is wrong, I get once or twice but ever since Covid hit, I’ve never ever EVER gotten the right order!! ITS NOT THAT HARD!! MCDOUBLE WITH KETCHUP, PICKLE, ONION ONLY, THATS IT !!! It’s not that hard people, I work at a busy restaurant and I triple check the orders, it’s called being considerate and idunnnoooo DOING MY JOB🤩

I mostly stop in for a biscuit or a mcgriddle in the morning after my shift or at night get a mccrispy or a burger. thus far I haven't had any problems.
They don't have it together during rush times. They've been around forever. You'd think they'd have it by now. And the seasoned crew members need to stop yelling at the new hires.

Went through drive thru used mobile app to order then was told we are doing lunch now can't make your breakfast I was in line for 20 minutes I was at the speaker at 10:28 they didn't respond to me until 10:30 then I was told we are on lunch they are a real piece of work
