First off- Ordered two qtr pounders with cheese deluxe. Instead I got two regular qtr pounders.Second off- Ordered a sprite didn’t get it.Third off- Had to wait ten minutes.Fourth off- Have this huge black hair in my ketchup.Worst McDonald’s iv ever been to in my life!

We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity. Thank YOU, WENDY, for making our visit such a nice experience!!

Hurricane Wv needs to train their cooks better!!! wrong orders, or burnt food, old biscuits with half a piece of bacon on them!!!! Ridiculous!!!! With that being said, my husband and I will no longer be giving this location our service. Taco Bell’s just up the street
