This location definitely doesn’t care the quality of the items they serve. My husband and I ordered four of the sausage breakfast burritos and was very disappointed. All four of them had been smashed flat and two of them was obviously old. Cheese was even dried up in them and the ends were hard as rocks. Upper management needs to step in and train this staff better.
Drive thru. Ordered food and 2 pies. Without them telling me they were out of holiday pies they just substituted one with apple when they handed me the bag. This was after receiving the wrong order twice.

Over 30 minutes just to get order taken. Then food comes out wrong. Food cold by time they fix order. Store nasty. Trash everywhere. Employees lazy as hell and don’t want to work. 0/10 recommendation for coming here. Also watched a kid come out of bathroom picking his nose go play on self checkout screens. No employees came out to clean anything in the hr I was there

The manager should be fired. I ordered from the kiosk. They called my number (which I didn’t know because the kiosk was out of paper). The happy meal was missing and the guy said it’s coming. Then who I think was the manager just threw it on the counter. We went to get our drinks and the Dr Pepper and sprite were out. I went to ask if the fountain drinks were available in the back and she tried to get a Dr Pepper. Well it was out too. I then asked for sprite but it was out as well. She then replied, “ I don’t have time to deal with this, I knew I shouldn’t have come out of the office.” Then she just continued to ignore me and put other orders together. Really?? Even the employee working the register said, “well you shouldn’t be a manager then!” Also checked the food and got the wrong happy meal. Good thing I don’t live here because this was horrible service.

I went there for ice cream and cookies and got a sorry sir our ice cream machine is down. Oh I'm shocked. Not. It's only been down my entire 49 years. McDonald's ice cream machines are the joke of the world for always being down. This is a fixable problem but the incompetent owners and managers don't demand that it be fixed once and for all. They just let the problem go on and on forever. Why even sell ice cream if your machines are always going to be broken. I swear. This company is stuck on stupid.
Asked over a dozen times for pickles and mustard. Never received it.

They didn't make the hamburgers with what I wanted on them no pickles extra onions and ketchup. And we even dined in. Kinda dirty by the ketchup and drink fountain needs to be wiped down tables not wiped off. Won't be going back there

Went through the drive-through after an 11 hour shift to get a five dollar frappe and asked for a treat pack at the window. The crewmember was frustrated about this and clearly showed it and they forgot my frappe with my order when I went back to go get it asked if they could make a new one if it was melted. They said they can put extra whipped cream on it and we’re also frustrated about this too. Service sucked.

Lemme preface this by saying I normally don't write good reviews. But this place was phenomenal. I'm a truck driver from ny and stopped in for breakfast. I placed my order to go thru thr kiosk and expected to have my number called so I could walk up and grab it. To my surprise, it was brought to the bale I was sitting at. The food was great too. They warmed up the butter for my pancakes so I could spread it more easily and the biscuit was so warm, light and fluffy. I really appreciate the extra mile these employees go to and this store should be the standard for how other mcdonalds operate

It's extremely frustrating when you ask for specific things when you order and then when they hand you the bag and you ask again if those specific things are in the bag such as syrup for the pancakes your ordered and jelly for the biscuit that was asked for when ordered and put on the screen. And you are told yes but you don't want to hold up the line by removing every item to see if syrup and jelly are in the bag. Then you get to where you're going and those specific things that you asked for and were told WERE IN THE BAG aren't in the bag!! So now you have a kid who won't eat dry pancakes because they forgot the syrup and another who won't eat the biscuit because they forgot the jelly that THEY SAID WAS IN THE BAG! it's annoying!!
