I had the worst drive Thru experience, in ordered my food in the app and was waiting at the drive thru, got no response. Then I had to walk to the window to know they were closed. I had the order placed on the app. They should have mentioned as closed or not taken my order. I have been a customer not McDonald’s for a long time. This was my worst experience ever

Had enough of this place. Ordered my food on McApp put table number in on app. Server stands there dumbfounded don't know that what the table number is for and don't know that that number that matches on receipt is for. Had problems in the past at this McDonalds as well.

Lunch time buffet means cold pizza, if you're good with pricy cold pizza it's fine
Ordered 3 McDouble sandwiches. Had to pull to the spots where you wait for food for 7 minutes. One of the McDoubles only had 1 piece of the thin burger patty’s on it. 2 napkins. I hate places that try to save money on a couple napkins.

Floors and tables dirty at lunch hour. Soda is weak, and despite telling the manager, nothing was done. Soda fountain here is more like water. Our table had a ceiling leak.
