Grabbed a bagel pack full of cinnamon crunch. They were good. Crispy crunch cinnamon on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

Wonderful food, a little pricey, but worth it. The people who work there are amazing. They also try to give leftover pastries and bagels to different organizations rather than just throw them out and waste them. That alone keeps me coming back.

unspeakably bad service I ordered two double espressos because they can't fit four in one cup so I ordered two doubles I paid seven dollars because you have to tip and you have to pay the tip in advance I paid the tip and I got a double coffee this My question is, is it like this everywhere in America, that they don't pay any attention to their guests?

3/16/2025- went with my family today and the cashier Katey M waited on us. She was very polite and helpful! Food was also perfect. We purchased the grilled cheese and steak cibatta!
No dressing for my salad. Bacon Mac and cheese did not get the bacon and was cold

I was traveling through the area and stopped here for a quick meal. I was met at the counter by Curtis Bentley the assistant manager. I soon realized that Curtis is more concerned about other things in life than customer service. I travel all over the country and stop by Panera often. I would have to say that this is the first time that I have had a negative experience. Customer care and satisfaction should be a high priority for all customers especially one in management. Curtis was very cold, unfriendly, spoke so fast I had to have him repeat what he was saying, and was so concerned about other things going on. I was the only customer in the store and had to wait about 10 minutes for my food. I took that time to write this review.

You guys were so nice and sweet 🥹. I'm a trucker and it's Wednesday 12/04/24. I drove all night and was hungry, stopped by and don't regret it. Nice family and friends atmosphere. I even got a complement on my cologne 🥰!
