Normally Love the food, but we hurry to get there for when they are supposed to be open. Online says 10:30, the doors say 10:30, the girls peak their heads around and look at the us at the door at 10:50 wanting to order and drive thru YET they don’t say a word, come to the door, or open when they should be. Business must be so good you can turn away business…. My last time visiting the hurricane pita pit!

Love the food but it would be super cool if they remained open during their posted business hours instead of closing early at random times. Just tired the drive through at 7:05 and it was “closed.” (Winter hours state they close at 7:30 PM) This happens constantly and is so annoying.

Love this little place. The best Hot Dogs in the valley. The bowls can be made to order and the staff is friendly. My husband and I raved about it for days. There was not a bad word i could say about it. Kid friendly too.

Aug 19th.. There was 3 of us.. The young man that took our order and made the food.. was quiet but friendly. The older gentleman that had gloves on, went to the restroom, was digging at his head and arms.. while never changing his gloves... we made the food for the people behind us..And all the flies in the restaurant was disgusting

I tried to get food there awhile back ago and along with it an application...took the application and filled it back and gave it back 10 minutes later was only front and back. I gave it to the owner and had kept tabs on my application to see if I would get the job. This man literally would ignore me would make me wait for over an hour in his restaurant even when he wasn't busy. Whenever I would get his attention he would say he was busy or he wouldn't say anything at all. The food is absolutely lovely and he was nicer to the older people who came in and out of the restaurant, the way he treated me came off very disrespectful. I don't think when someone ask about their application you just ignore them entirely. You tell them they don't have the job and that it's. Then they move on with their life! Overall customer service sucks but the food from pita pit and sams hotdogs are awesome!
Pita PIT for lunch today. We have stopped several times in the past, but not since adding Sam's Hotdogs. 2 steamed dogs, chips, and adding for $7.99 cannot be beat. The dogs were delicious and the service was fast.You cannot go wrong here!

Went through the drive thru and the employee taking my order asked me if I was going to take the whole day to order. When I received my smoothie, big chunks of spinach were not blended properly. Eating at Pita Pit was unpleasant.

Great but... On several occasions my pickup order seems to be smaller in portion size than usual. The smaller portions seem to coincide with non-standard to-go containers. For example, today my "bowl" was the smaller, "top" half of a folding container. Also 2 orders of Greek falafel bites were left off the prepaid order and since it was $12 lost we drove back to get them. It's hard for me to give a negative review but they should get honest feedback.
