Pickup. Tried the new Chicago tavern. No flavor really. The pepperoni was all they added flavoring. Sauce was bland. Crust was crispy but tasted like a cracker with no salt. Was not a big fan.

Great food as always. We usually order carry out, but this time we decided to dine in...which we haven't done at this location for a long time. There were no prices at all on the menu. The waitress said the prices change so much that they don't print the prices. I saw they had a ham and cheese sandwich and I thought I'd give it a try. Surprise...they don't have sandwiches here. No pricing and then there are items on the menu they don't have. Management needs to address this. Otherwise, everything else was just fine.

First of all, I love the food and staff at this location. Its wonderful and the order is always right and the food great. My issue is with how unbelievably hot it is in this restaurant! I came in for dine in with a birthday party on Sunday and it was terrible! The staff said they have some new system that is controlled by someone else off site. Whoever controls this system doesn't know what they're doing. The salad bar items weren't cold like they were supposed to be because of how hot it was in there! It felt better OUTSIDE then it did inside! My family and I won't be back until this issue is fixed. I feel so bad for their employees, I can only imagine how hot it is in that kitchen.

Previously I left a negative review because my delivery order was wrong, again. Twice I got the wrong crust. Turns out my wife was not specifying thin and "crispy" crust. She was just saying thin crust. I forgive her. She has tolerated me for 32 years. Please forgive me Pizza Hut. Yall make good pizza. Thanks.

Everything we order gets made incorrectly, or is delivered cold. Haven't ordered from this place in over a year, but tried the new Tavern Style pizza which literally got released today, and they made it wrong. ?♂️

Someone Called me to inform us that the "cut into squares" note was missed and that they would be happy to make me another pizza. Missing that note isn't an issue for me at all. I just appreciate the effort made to rectify the situation, if you want to even call it that ?. I happily said' I have no issue with that I was just being spontaneous! No need to make another one!" Great Service, and the Wings, the garlic parm. are off the chain.
Also, One family member has a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity. And unless the recipe has been changed, both the Cajun and lemon pepper dry rubs are gluten free and fantastic!
We understand the risk of cross contaminants, and mitigate as much as we can with gluten. Dairy on the other hand. Don't mess with that one.
I Wish there were GF/DF options here, and that also use Dairy-Free Cheese, plant butter, and dairy-free sauce.
I make custom ones all the time for us, but the missing link is the industrial ovens.
I would be happy to share my recipes with Pizza Hut and only ask for them to let me name it!! ☺
Dietary restrictions: One family member has a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity. And unless the recipe has been changed, both the Cajun and lemon pepper dry rubs are gluten free and fantastic!
We understand the risk of cross contaminants, and mitigate as much as we can with gluten. Dairy on the other hand. Don't mess with that one.

We were traveling through and my husband picked up bread sticks and a pizza as well as the cinnabon dessert. I can't tell you the last time that I was at a chain pizza restaurant where I enjoyed the food so much. Everything was hot and fresh and just perfectly put together. Great job guys!
