Skylar greeted us immediately while taking to go orders and diners inside! She was our amazing server as well! We ordered delicious bread sticks to start & a large pepperoni deep dish with pineapples! 8 large slices and plenty to take home! Very clean and nice inside! Clean restrooms& nice salad bar! They offer buffet on certain days! We will be back! Super convenient to the interstate & gasoline! Walmart is moments away & hotels!

I ordered a medium supreme pizza that was not cooked thoroughly, in fact it was actually like raw dough. This is really disgusting and disappointing that people can’t even cook a pizza right geezz. I was reading the other reviews and found some more complaints of customers saying their pizza was not cooked thoroughly. Also when I walked into this restaurant i noticed that the restaurant was quite messy and not well maintained and very unsanitary which is also disgusting. If you are the owner and you get a chance to read this I highly suggest that you make some changes because this is utterly pathetic you serve people food like this!!!

I ordered a small pizza and some wings and it took 1hour to get to me and I am 6 minutes away I tried calling to get some ranch added to my order 3 times but I got put on hold for long periods of time and then just hung up on I ordered ranch from somewhere els 20min after I ordered the food and it still got here long before the food

Undercooked pizza and bad service.
Pizza wasn’t done so we had to put it in our own oven to cook it. Not much sauce on it too.
Service was terrible. I came in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while staff walked by without even an acknowledgement.
When an employee finally showed up and addressed me I told them to please address the customer who had gotten there first, a few minutes before me and was sitting in the waiting area because they were old and couldn’t stand at the counter for a long time.
Something has changed at this Pizza Hut. Since when we moved here 3 years ago it has been great but the last couple of times something is off.
I filled out their survey and requested contact but it’s been over two weeks with no response.

Ordered a specialty pizza and added extra toppings. Only 1 of the 3 extra toppings were on the pizza. Called store and said we would receive a credit to use on a future order. Never received the credit. Did not get what we paid for.
Pickup. Tried the new Chicago tavern. No flavor really. The pepperoni was all they added flavoring. Sauce was bland. Crust was crispy but tasted like a cracker with no salt. Was not a big fan.

Great food as always. We usually order carry out, but this time we decided to dine in...which we haven't done at this location for a long time. There were no prices at all on the menu. The waitress said the prices change so much that they don't print the prices. I saw they had a ham and cheese sandwich and I thought I'd give it a try. Surprise...they don't have sandwiches here. No pricing and then there are items on the menu they don't have. Management needs to address this. Otherwise, everything else was just fine.

First of all, I love the food and staff at this location. Its wonderful and the order is always right and the food great. My issue is with how unbelievably hot it is in this restaurant! I came in for dine in with a birthday party on Sunday and it was terrible! The staff said they have some new system that is controlled by someone else off site. Whoever controls this system doesn't know what they're doing. The salad bar items weren't cold like they were supposed to be because of how hot it was in there! It felt better OUTSIDE then it did inside! My family and I won't be back until this issue is fixed. I feel so bad for their employees, I can only imagine how hot it is in that kitchen.
