CARELESS AND NEGLIGENT STAFF.
My mother picked up coffee to deliver to me in the ER. When she got to the ER she was covered in scolding hot coffee down her legs. I asked what happened and she explained that the barista handed her the coffee but she needed a cup holder to deliver the 2 drinks. The barista turned around and got a cup holder and shoved it out the window to my moms car and the hot coffee in front fell out of the front cup holder into my mothers lap. They made a new cup of coffee for my mom, but did not show any signs of humanity for the scorching coffee all over her. No towels, no refund, no pull up ma’am and let me help. Nothing. She was in tears telling me how terrible and hateful they were towards her about the entire ordeal. She had to ask for napkins to wipe herself off. She said they just shoved 2 or 3 in the bag and closed the window. I opened the bag when she got here and the napkins were all crumpled up like they have no mind to her and the scorned skin. Total lack of empathy, acknowledgment of negligence, and poor customer recovery.

I was in the area so I got my morning coffee. It was very bitter and disgusting, so I could only stand to drink half of it. I normally go to Tanyard Station, Bville Kroger, or the Stadium location in Huntington which are all amazing. Very disappointed.

One of the worst locations. Just this morning I pull up and there’s three cars in the drive-through the one in front of me. Wait for six minutes just to get his order taken and then when I get to the Screen it takes me about four minutes. Once we get up there they’re Is no recognition or apology about the weight not only at the screen but at the window. The car again in front of me waited forever, even to get his payment sent through by the time I get up there. I wait seven minutes before finally pulling off. Looking inside there are four associates two people in the regular indoor line and they are completely ignoring the drive-through. Lots of chitchat and laughs but no acknowledgment sorry but if I’m going to pay seven dollars for a coffee, I’m definitely going to go down the road to the other one.
This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Two employees working when we walked in. They looked up but seemed to ignore us. We stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes before one of them finally came and took our order. They kept arguing over which one should take the order. The store was filthy with clutter everywhere. It looked like their shipment had arrived and it was all in boxes falling over in the doorway. No towels in the bathrooms at all. I only saw one trash can in the store and it was overflowing. Our drinks were correct and hot but store itself and the employees need some serious supervision.

Very clean and inviting store. The coffee was delicious, and they got my custom order just right. The girl who waited on me was friendly as well as the girl who made my coffee.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We stopped in Sunday morning and there were very few people in line. It took 20+ minutes for us to get our drinks. They ignored us for the drive through. Terrible customer service and terrible way to treat customers.

Lots of space inside, typical Starbucks employees always that one with an agenda. Stood at the counter waiting for my drink I was the only customer inside and asked what are you waiting for.... my coffee. It was at the drive thru window. Not friendly and Coffee was 👌

They really need to get it together. I was waiting on 1 more drink for my order and it took 5 minutes of making other orders and drinks for anyone to come back to the window. They hadn't even made the second drink yet.

Restaurantji Recommends
Staff should be educated or have easy access to the caffeine content and other nutrition facts to their drinks. They had to use espresso instead of coffee in my drink so I asked about the difference in caffeine content and was told to use my app. By the time I figured out it was almost 50% more (100mg vs 150mg) they finished the drink so I asked for a replacement and didn’t get a refund for the difference. Very annoyed.

Great Starbucks. Everyone working the morning shift today, 9/3, was nice, smiling, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted when we walked in the door at 6:45am and bid a good day when we left. Our food was brought to our table and, as a former Starbucks barista myself, I can say our entire order was made correctly. It was a really comforting stop after leaving Dayton at 4am with our infant. Clean bathrooms and spacious cafe area. This crew deserves some serious kudos!

Let me say, the weekday crew is
5/5 stars. My drink is always correct, consistent, and quick. But dear lord the weekend staff is terrible. I always order the same drink and it’s never the same from weekend to weekend even though the same people are making it. If I tell them it isn’t correct they proceed to read the mobile tag to me. I know exactly what I ordered, this isn’t it. Guess I’ll just stick to treating myself on a Thursday so I can make my $7 count.

10/10 customer service!! my drink didnt come for around 10 mins when they werent busy and i was too shy to speak up and the manager (i think) gave me my drink, a refund, and a lil customer service card!! sooo nice!!
