It's a massive problem if I have to come on here and give a 1 star for the shitty treatment my Fiance gets every time he goes there for a delivery. I NEVER hear good things about this place. Everyone else is greeted except him. He is ignored and whenever he gets any response, it's dripping with cattiness and bitchiness. You work at Starbucks in WEST VIRGINIA lmao. Your employees have zero reason to be catty. Grow up, you're a 3 on a good day. Edit: Your generic copy and paste response means nothing. This store has already been reported to corporate.

Messed up order after I repeated it, screen not working so I could check if it was correct, and 7 for a freaking grande iced latte is a bit much when it was more ice than coffee.

Oh my gosh that was the best Carmel Ribbon Crunch I've ever had. The server was so sweet, too. Thanks for making my day as I dont often get to treat myself ♡ parking lot was nice and clean too! Great job you guys! Would also like to add the drive thru was moving extremely fast!
