Consistently try to overcharge by changing your order to another sandwich that doesn't include the bacon, so they can charge more. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch, and they changed it to a chicken sandwich add bacon. This has happened more than once at this location. Very desceptive.

Went to Hurricane Subway for my 30 minute lunch break, the service was fast but I noticed the male worker creating my sandwich had animal hair all over his clothes. Then once I returned to my car to eat my sandwich I noticed in my meat was a black hair and a dead GNAT. Easy to say I won't have my lunch there again..

Every time we pick here for lunch at work I make 2 trips, the food is NEVER CORRECT. Even order from the app so everything is there no confusion. The little old lady that I believe is a manager (how I’m lost on) she puts next to nothing on the sandwiches, extra sauce.. you do good to have any. Any veggies 4 olives across a foot long, as a customer, we are paying for food, so that’s exactly what I want food the way it’s supposed to be. At nine dollars a sub there should be something on it (veggies) This clearly is not the job or position she needs to be in. If you’re gonna be that stingy to save your food cost then the sandwiches need to be discounted . Cause I’m paying for something and at this point it’s like being robbed on, Or at least if you’re going to act like that about it at least make it right gas is 3$ a gallon and I’m sick of multiple trips and wasting the entire lunch just trying to get what was ordered, Unfortunately, it’s impossible to get in touch with any type of customer service to make a complaint and I highly doubt complaining to the problem is going to take care of the problem. Subway is not what it used to be and I doubt this store will exist much longer if this is the kind of service and management running the place. As someone who’s worked In the food industry as well as managed, this is not how you run a restaurant. This is how you lose business. There’s only one guy that works there that makes the food correct and if there is something wrong He isnt argumentative Or make you feel like a burden to get what you ordered. So my hats off to him.

2 girls 1 boy working & I know for a fact the Manager of the store would be highly upset that they were ignoring drive thru & cussing because it was beeping !! Girl dropped sub she was making n floor & just left it there & started laughing ! Ordered 2 six inch subs 1 person with 1 flatbread ahead of us & it took 28 mins …. Not how this Subway used too run I know for fact

Was a call in order. Sandwiches were very good. Just the right amount of meats which is unusual in most subways. Very happy with our sandwiches.

Ordered 3 subs through app bread on all was like a rock items I asked for more of was less than regular called to fix the issue but bc I didn't want to drive back 20 mins I was just told we don't have a set amount we just make them (by a manager) worst subway I've ever ate. When I called a young boy answers hello.. no business should answer hello you should announce your store name smh

Kids were working, didn’t pay attention to what was ordered. Dropped the order that was written on the paper on the floor and just picked it up and kept making a sandwich. Messed up my order. Lack of supervision on young kids working. It’s a shame because this used to be a good Subway.

One person working. No hairnet, on cell phone talking and says she's trying to pay bills. Puts on gloves then continues to handle her phone. Then makes our sandwiches. Gnats flying around. Is there any food service quality monitoring in WV? Traveling and should have walked out.

Parking: There isn't many places around the building but you can park in the hotel parking or pizza hut parking if there isn't enough space
