We won't be back unfortunately because we saw the owner making a phone order sushi roll with his gloves on, and going onto his cell phone (maybe checking recipe or order???) then going back to making the roll without changing gloves. Maybe a one-off but disgusting either way.The owner is very personable and interesting to chat with! The ramen was pretty good, steak was not fatty which is great! The restaurant could use a good cleaning, and with slower sit down service due...

I tried it for lunch today. I got some sushi and a poke bowl #1. Sushi wasn’t anything special, I can get better elsewhere but the Tuna bowl was amazing. I’ll definitely be back. No AC in the building. You don’t really want to dine in here.

This place makes the all time “Top 5” Ramen! Service is world class the potions more than one person can finish! Rudy runs the best ramen house within 100 miles of Hurricane WV!
