10/10 the worst taco bell in the area. food is always soggy because there’s way too much sauce. always missing something. 9/10 times there’s no napkins or sauce in the bag when requested. they throw stuff in the bag so it’s opened when given to us. Hurricane Taco bell is ran 100% better and has better service than teays could ever imagine.

Do not buy from here. The Hurricane Taco Bell is way better. Almost every time I order from this Taco Bell, I have some kind of bad experience. Incorrectly prepared food that is extremely skimped on and disgusting food. My most recent experience, they refused to grill my food I had already paid for online and couldn't switch. My food was also incorrect. I had to go home and grill my grilled cheese burrito and crunchwrap myself. It was 1 and a half hrs before close. Absolutely ridiculous. Never getting from here again.

Pulled up to the drive thru and went to order right off the bat who ever I was talking to I’m pretty sure was a manager and very hateful and short. He did not care about what I wanted just kept saying over and over “Is that all” another thing I ordered 2 ckn ranch wraps and all that I found in it was lettuce. No chicken! It was absolutely nasty at that point and I could barely get through eating it. Disgusting and very rude management.

Went there tonight to grab a chicken quesadilla. Paid almost 6 bucks. Get it home and there was NOTHING in two of the pieces. NOTHING. No chicken, no cheese, just a soft shell folded over. The other two small pieces had just enough to fit into a small spoon! The quesadilla itself was the size of a soft taco shell. It fit into my hand. Needless to say, I took it back and told the staff to lay off the drugs and get their act together. Absolutely pathetic.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area. i know nothing about fast food, or managing a restaurant, or cooking food at all for that matter. but i’m convinced that i could run the taco ball in the valley than whatever children they currently have doing it. It’s literally so embarrassing that they can’t read an order that says no sour cream or no lettuce. READING SAVES LIVES PEOPLE. and even if you decide to drive all the way back to the restaurant to complain, then they continue pushing out 12 drive thru orders before they’ll even show their face to you at the counter. can we start a petition or something??? ???♀️
