This Wendy’s location is an absolute joke. The kid working the drive-thru was beyond rude and unprofessional. He interrupted me repeatedly while I was trying to place my order, asking questions I was literally in the middle of answering. It’s like he was trying to rush me for no reason because there wasn’t another car in line.
Then, to top it off, he snatched my card out of my hand like it was some kind of game. The level of disrespect was unreal. And for what? They still had me pull over and wait for my food, despite having no one else to serve.
When I finally got my order, it wasn’t even remotely correct. This place has no concept of customer service, efficiency, or basic competence. Avoid this dumpster fire of a Wendy’s unless you enjoy wasting time, getting treated poorly, and leaving hungry because they can’t get a simple order right.

I come here frequently both as a customer and as a dasher for Door dash.
As a customer: This place always delivers quality food and service. The staff is always polite and attentive, the store is always clean and welcoming. I usually visit when manager Brandon is working and he always has answers to my frequent questions regarding new and promotional items from the menu. I've even developed new favorites because of the suggestions from crew members and Brandon. 10/10 on everything.
As a Dasher: Same as above. Everything is always handled professionally, food is always fresh for customers and is neatly bagged and sealed with the crew and manager always double checking the orders before I deliver them to the customers. If, and this is rare, there is a wait on an order, they communicate very well which allows me to communicate with the customer. Honestly one of my favorite places to accept orders from because of the promptness, accuracy and communication.
This team deserves an award for the excellent service they provide to anyone and everyone, whether they're ordering for dine in, take out, drive thru, or assembling orders to be delivered.
Would confidently say that this is the BEST location I've ever dined at or delivered for as far as local Wendy's.
If you have any issues, rest assured they will politely and expeditiously correct any problem or mistake.
Again... 10/10 ... Highly recommend this restaurant and it's staff/ management!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. My daughter's love the space and really dig the visual fire place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Totally wheelchair accessible with ramps and tons of open space so as not to be cramped.

If you go to this Wendy’s, expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. Any time I’ve ever came I have an online order. It’s 50/50 on if your foods right (always hot though!). I get a different size frosty every time even though I order the same meal every time I go. I usually get greeted with “One second” or “hang on” when I get to the order screen. The line backs out to the road at lunch time.

The nuggets i got were smaller than normal? And very hard and stale.

Ordered a Dave’s double combo, got a jr with a half order of jr fries…took it back and they replaced with a very soggy double, buns so wet with grease it’s not edible and my tees had lots of dirt particles in the bottom, that’s my last visit here. Ever.
All of my food was nothing but salt you can actually see white on the fries and my chicken sandwich

I was surprised to see a staff member who took my drive-through order in person, the teen was very friendly and helped me to place my order with ease. There was a pretty long queue of cars but I was out of there with my food in hand in no time ! I’d say less than 2 minutes.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger with meat, cheese and ketchup only. They gave me a Junior bacon cheeseburger regular I handed it back to them and told them it was wrong so they remade it. Then I was given a cheeseburger with ketchup only after I drove off and got five minutes down the road my kid went to eat it, and realized there was no bacon. At this point, it’s a catastrophe with an eight-year-old so yes I was upset. Not the first time this has happened

I’ve gone to this Wendy’s multiple times and every single time my food is wrong. I order the Asiago Chicken Ranch sandwich every time i go at from here and EVERY SINGLE TIME they manage to mess it up. The whole point of the sandwich is the asiago cheese and it’s never on there. Never coming back!!
Had someone standing outside taking orders before you could see the menu. This is unnecessary, leave that to chick fil a. Order was messed up anyway.

Had to go BACK even when the person at the window reaffirmed to the person in the back of the order. No utensils, no chicken nuggets, no sauce. I’m surprised I even got the straws.?
