I've been eating at anthonys pizza for a long time, the food has always been consistently good. I Usually order a pizza and a sub to share. Unfortunately tonight for a 11 dollar sub, I got the smallest steak and cheese I've ever ordered. Its basically a small loaf filled with lettuce, the meat was scarce and didn't even seem enough for half of a sub. I told the counter staff I ordered the large size sub, and was thinking they made the half size. I was told this was a large size. After reading some recently posted reviews it seems to be a common complaint. Disappointing.

Food arrived on time, hot, and exactly as we ordered. They even found our hard to find house without any issues!

Service was good, food was fresh and made quickly, and the store was clean, but the pizza had no flavor. It was easily the blandest pizza and garlic knots we've ever eaten. It made me wish we had bought any frozen pizza instead.
The crust was crispy and the breadsticks were OK, but the breadsticks seemed like they were deep fried.

I swear they do not get enough praise here! Their location is perfect for the South Side but their food is even better!!! You will not be disappointed in anything you order here!!! Perks are the proximity to the schools and recreation centers for the hustle & bustle folks! You are missing out!!!!!

I have been coming here ever since it opened. I love it they have great pizza the staff is awesome. I am friends with the old manager. They always deliver on time and are very polite. Best place to get pizza and subs and etc hands down.
