John, the older Irishman knows how to say thank you, smile and is attentive. The kids who work on the weekend forget their name badges, manners and are not friendly at all. They are more interested in their breaks than being nice to several guests I seen waited on.
Age I suppose matters in mannerisms...

Add extra meet @$0.99 for 2 oz. additional meet per sandwich. Get creative and you will see how you can get a great value for your buck .... especially if you really enjoy Arby's roast beef ....yum 😋.

All I ordered was a large fry, the lady said 15.95 I was like those better be some fries made of gold!!! Pulled around she adjusted the price but charged me for a large Diet Coke and a milkshake. I was like whatever at this point!!

Someone at Arby's was listening because I just had the happiest Arby's employee I've ever encountered. He gave me a time frame on my food and was just very excited and happy to be here. He is working the window and the inside and could be grumpy about it but he's not and I just thought he should be recognized for his enthusiasm.

Ordered 3 deep fried turkey sandwiches and they forgot the turkey on 3 of them, on top of an incredibly long wait at the drive through
The food and service were OK. The ambient music was too loud and rather obnoxious. I asked one of the staff if they would turn the music down. I was told that they would but it didn't happen. Definitely will not stop at this location again.

There was a over weight bearded guy eating fries as he was cooking them!! An employee's child was being allowed to hang in lobby unattended!! Ridiculous service, awful food!!
