Store is terrible. Food orders are never right. Have yet to get what I ordered. The staff stands there with blank looks. The mangers are very rude and act like it's your fault there staff can not make a simple food order. Save your money and your time go up the street to the other food places. Don't go here unless you like paying for the wrong food the getting attitude about it

I'd give zero stars if I could. I came on Tuesday march 18th my food was barley warm. The Croissant for my sandwich wasn't even toasted. My hashbrowns tasted like they had been sitting for hours. My mom's bacon croissant was cold cheese was not melted. I called they told me to come back when I would to get everything replaced. I came back today on Thursday march 20th and the same thing happend. Good thing we checked the bag before we left cause they forgot the hasbrowns. And the food was luke warm. This place needs to get it together

Decided to try a "Burger for Breakfast" to go with the croissants. My suggestion? If you're in a hurry, stick with the croissants. You'll wait about 10-15 minutes for a burger. After ordering, I had to drive around to the east side of the building to wait for and employee to bring it out. When she did, she used it as an "opportunity" for a quick e-cig break. Thus, my food and my car reeked of tobacco for the rest of the day. Not good. The quality of the food was OK.

Prices are way to high almost 16 bucks for a classic sandwich meal...SMH.

I travel to the area often and keep seeing awful reviews about this store which is crazy, because I've always had pleasant interactions with this staff and the food is superb! But it's been a while so I thought I'd give it a shot. Just wanna say the management and team members here today have been nothing short of amazing. Ashley leads her team with the most positive attitude I've ever seen in a fast food business. She went above and beyond for my family and I today. 🙌🏼 my food was fresh and hot and I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for quality fast food. ✌🏼 great job Inwood WV BK 👏🏼👏🏼 P. S. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this crew, these are the usual people I order from and it's always amazing service here 😁

The manager here is very unprofessional and I had a horrible experience just trying to feed my family, such as cussing out the employees, always getting on someone about something even if they are DOING THEIR JOB, and sometimes she’s even high on the job, thinks she’s so professional yet she’s doing all of this while on the clock, her name is Ashley.

Decent food, abysmal service. Manager attempted to convince me that I had not told her something multiple times, blamed me for her not listening to my order, and then lied to a family member about offering to give me my meal for free (she did not offer this) and hung up on them after mockingly telling us to report her for corperate.
I would file a complaint with corperate, but their phone number is out of service and apparently without a proof of purchase with their online chat system you can't report management for being an entitled jerk. I guess that's how she keeps her job.
3 stars for food because I used to come here from time to time, but not anymore.
