I mean come on. This is probably the fourth time our food has arrived barely warm - and this time they didn’t include any dipping sauces, which they literally charge for. So we paid for something we didn’t get. I don’t care if it’s just a few dollars - in this freaking economy, we need those few dollars. Just so frustrating!

Im confused why it takes 3 times to make a pizza correctly. Dominos has went to hell! Burnt my pizza, then remade it and burnt it again then weeks later I ordered another pizza and they burnt it again. They overcooked my pizza so much that the cheese was dried up and it looked like their was no cheese.

I’ve ordered 5 times from this location and each time they forgot to add the garlic topping on the crust of the pizza (the best part). On top of this, my pizza wasn’t completely cut through so it was impossible to get a slice of pizza without having to rip the “slices” a part.

Work on your delivery process. Getting cold pizza and wings after an hour is not good customer service. Get with it. Even my old butt can use the google map app. And way to offer a percentage off and making it right. I’ll drive to martinsburg and pick up Papa John’s.

This order was a disaster from the start. Tried ordering online as usual but order didn't take for whatever reason so I called the store and placed the order. There was NO sauce on the pizza, is sauce now a topping that you have to order? I also ordered a salad but that somehow was left off the order. I will not be ordering from Inwood Dominos again. Ridiculous!

Everytime the female supervisor is there, our food is ruined. Half order of chicken alfredo, no sauce on pizza but when you order extra sauce, they put so much on the pizza that it's not edible which is done on purpose. When she isn't there, our food is great. I'm done with Domino's, they aren't worth the stress.

Absolute garbage. Not only was it nothing like New York pizza, it was barely even pizza at all. Completely undercooked crust. Just a limp, soggy mess that tasted worse than any other pizza I've ever had in my life. When I folded it to eat, all the topping fell off and the crust actually ripped. Whoever runs this establishment should be embarrassed and consider another career path.
