Visited the Winchester location this evening. We ate there during the Grand Opening week, and the food was great. Tonight, it was a different story. First of all, it took 35 minutes to get two slices of cheese pizza, an order of French fries, and a chicken bacon ranch sub. The pizza was not good at all. The cheese was hard like it wasn’t hot, and the crust was super thin and soggy. The pizza also had too much sauce. I had to scrape it off.
The sub was big, but the bacon was so salty that my husband couldn’t eat it all. We paid almost $40 and just felt like it definitely wasn’t worth that or even good enough to warrant that pricing.

Great place! so glad they opened one a closer to my house. the pizzas are always phenomenal. I had the cheesrsteak lunch special( small sub and onion rings) yesterday and it was enough for lunch and dinner. The sub was overflowing with meat and toppings! they dont just offer double cheese on pizza and subs, but 3x cheese.

foods pretty good , overpriced forsure. this most recent time going a guy that i thought was a customer because he was in normal clothes, medium length shaggy grey hair opened his car door as i was halfway into the parking spot couldn’t care less that i was pulling in, stepped out kept his door open took his sweet time ever so arrogantly to close his door with the most disdainful stare and even walked in front of my car purposefully to go to the door instead of having the decency to get out of the parking space so i could pull in the rest of the way. we walk in turns out he’s behind the counter speaking to everyone so i’m not sure if he’s the owner or the manager but owner manager or worker that’s no way for him to act towards a customers coming in. the amount of discourtesy that was shown was pretty shocking to a paying customer at your place of business/employment.

This place is my favorite restaurant in Inwood. Everything I’ve ever ordered from there is so delicious and always fresh and hot. If you’re a fan of pickles you have to try the bacon and pickle pizza. Delivery is always within the time frame you are given, if not earlier, and the drivers are friendly. For my family of 4 we usually pay around $50, maybe $60 if we splurge, so it’s not super cheap but definitely worth it considering the portion sizes and quality of the food.

Went to the Winchester location today. The staff was so helpful and nice. We got the Steak and Cheese and Mild Traditional Wings. Everything was cooked fresh and was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for doing a great job!!

We have been here several times over the years, and the food has been consistently well prepared. Sometimes at restaurants, you find that lacking quality on certain days. That has not been the case with this location. We have ordered pizza. Subs. Salads and others, the food is always fresh and tasty. As well as pleasing to the eye.

I wouldn’t give it even one star!!! Please save your money and do not eat here. I bought myself lunch yesterday and my total was $28.33. They make you buy $25 worth of their food to receive delivery then charge you another $4 for a delivery charge then charge another $1 for a non-cash adjective. I went ahead with the ordered even though I thought against it and When I woke up this morning, I had a notification from Cash App saying that Kings pronto updated the balance and it was now $32.33. I have a digital receipt that says my total was $28.33… so why the updated amount? I also asked for my food to be placed on the porch for contactless pick up and the delivery driver refused to leave it there until I opened the door. Food was okay but not worth the prices or the hassle.
Always check your receipts!! The business or the delivery driver filled in the tip section for themselves because I did not leave a tip.
