Manger is stingy with the Mac sauce even when paying extra for it like it comes out of her check. There's no option to add it on any other burger or side so how else can I get it. Do better it's sauce not a party pack of burgers.

This morning at 5am, the drive thru was slower than usual. I suspected it was a staffing issue. It was! There wasonly one lady busting her hump taking the orders, cokings and preparing the orders. She was amazing! Please give her a bonus -she went above and beyond to take care of the customers and single-handlely kept the restaurant open.

Every time I order from this McDonald's they mess up my order, I'm allergic to cheese and everytime I say no cheese and they put it on there anyways, so not only am I wasting my money the times I haven't relized I've gotten sick.

One of the worst Mcdonalds in northern Virginia. They gave us one hamburger short when we did drive thru and took like 15 minutes to get hamburgers when dining in.

This was hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I ordered a soda, and what I got was flat, syrup-less, and completely undrinkable. I let them know, and they told me to pull into a parking spot so they could bring me a new one. Ten minutes passed—nothing.
I went inside, only to find out they were still serving the same awful, tasteless drink to others and had no intention of fixing the machine or giving me a replacement. It honestly felt like they hoped I’d just leave and forget about it.
If you’re thinking of stopping here, do yourself a favor and keep driving. Maybe if enough people take their money elsewhere, they’ll finally care enough to fix the food and the attitude.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Inwood, West Virginia. The staff was shockingly rude and disrespectful, making what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily frustrating. Instead of listening to my order, they were loud and dismissive, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected.
It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dining options in the area where customers are treated with the respect they deserve. I won’t be returning to this McDonald’s, and I encourage others to consider alternatives as well. I went through the drive-through at 1:45 AM Friday morning, March 28th

My boyfriend got food from here around 12am and I was all excited because the food is usually fresh and good but the burgers he got me we hard an seem like they been sitting for a hour and they had no ketchup mustard or onions just a on pickle a very dry burger a cold piece of cheese and a hard bun... The fries were like rubber and cold.. was my favorite McDonalds to visit but never going there again.. do better people come on if you don't like doing your job right then quit... I just had to throw away 25$ worth of food..

Horrible service. Never gets the order correct. We have tried numerous times but they just can't get it right. Definitely need to leadership, as the manager is either dipping french fries ignoring customers or in the back.
