The drive through wait times at moments can be absurd there should be more spots people pull up to for waiting times also more runners running food out. Maybe a whole different station for grilling and cooking separate from drive through and dining in orders.

I drove up to the drive thru. Immediately a young lady takes my order. Drive to to the 2nd window, the young lady greets me, and I pay for my order. I drive to window #1. The young lady at that window practically throws my son's drink at me and then very rudely said pull up around the corner to space #1. I move a long to space #1. There are no other customers/cars in the drive-thru and I'm confused as to why I had to move. I wait 20 minutes. At this point, I now have cars parked behind me waiting on their orders. An employee walks out of the building and comes to my car. She asks if I ordered the 2 lattes. Nope! Sure didn't. Five more minutes pass. She returns with my order and tells me it was on the counter and none of the employees knew who it was supposed to go to. Every time you go to McDonald's there is some kind of BS going on. I'm boycotting!

The fastest, most efficient McDonald’s we have visited in over 14,000 miles of traveling by car this year! Seriously! We have never seen a front counter crew move as efficiently as this team, especially during the lunch time rush with a line at the drive-through window that they also kept moving quickly. Well done, Inwood, WV McD’s!

Drive thru sucks .. they always forget or mess up something. Always ask for your receipt. That way, you can prove to them that you purchased whatever item that's missing. New reviews This ia the 5th time they screwed my order stop, Went to the drive through on my way to work I ordered A. Sausage, egg mcmuffin. Instead, they gave me some chicken thing, i also ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. They didn't get me no silverware, no butter no syrup.. I will never come back. I rather drive to Another McDonald's, that's better even though it's further.

People. Especially millennials and Gen Z's, I know this is just a job and not glamorous at that. Take pride in what you do. This is hands down one of the worst McDonald's in the area. And I don't like to speak negatively but I also don't want people to have the same experience. Just make your food proper don't just slap it together. Yes I know you are a fast food chain. But when we get our food and it is just falling apart and or warmish cold and not hot, well the customer starts to get a little irritated. And for goodness sakes lower your prices. We can go to a nice sit-down place for what we're paying for breakfast or lunch here.

The burger that I had to park and wait for was as hard as a hockey puck, and the fries were cold. Why did I have to wait for that? Its not that hard to make it all to order. I felt like I was in Idiocracy. I'd at least expect warm fries from all the mouth breathing going on in there. My 11 and 7 year olds could run that line better.

Horrible attitudes from the workers, never get all the food you pay for because they can't seem to read the screen right infront of them when bagging food and then you point out that you are missing food and they get all pissed off. It is a shame they are the only location in Inwood.
The young man that was working in the Drive-Thru line was extremely pleasant. I wanted to just taste the new milkshake that was out and he gave me a small one which I thought was really nice. I definitely will buy one next time because they were delicious!
