The young man that was working in the Drive-Thru line was extremely pleasant. I wanted to just taste the new milkshake that was out and he gave me a small one which I thought was really nice. I definitely will buy one next time because they were delicious!

i always come here after work for a 20 piece nugget. (always asked fresh) i’m getting tired of my shit being refried and rubbery…
the only manager that really cares about the customer is michelle really…i’ve always enjoyed our 3 second interaction at the window bc she gets it RIGHT EVERYTIME lol, but i think ima just forget about fast food industries anyway, their employees aren’t the nicest so who’s to say what they doing to my food when i ask for it every EVERYTIME!
couldn’t even finish the rest, yk your nuggets aren’t fred when the not burning ur mouth , and are hard at rubber simply. My dog & I ate 2 and chucked the rest.

This has happened more then once but today I go to the drive through and I tell them a number nine and I said can I get only mustard on that and she repeated back only mustard I said yes then I asked her for two McChicken‘s and she repeats it back to McChicken’s and I said yes so then I get to the second window and they told me to pull around I got my food and didn’t think nothing of it so I went home bc she repeated everything back and it was correct so I get home I have 1 mcChicken and my other food I’m looking for the other McChicken they gave me a McDouble instead of a mcChicken they put everything on my burgers…. And then on the other 2 sandwiches there was no cheese!!!! They messed up every single thing on my order the only thing they gave me right was 1 single chicken… and the lady at the first window didn’t even give me my receipt so I can’t do anything about it…

Manger is stingy with the Mac sauce even when paying extra for it like it comes out of her check. There's no option to add it on any other burger or side so how else can I get it. Do better it's sauce not a party pack of burgers.

This morning at 5am, the drive thru was slower than usual. I suspected it was a staffing issue. It was! There wasonly one lady busting her hump taking the orders, cokings and preparing the orders. She was amazing! Please give her a bonus -she went above and beyond to take care of the customers and single-handlely kept the restaurant open.
Every time I order from this McDonald's they mess up my order, I'm allergic to cheese and everytime I say no cheese and they put it on there anyways, so not only am I wasting my money the times I haven't relized I've gotten sick.

This was hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I ordered a soda, and what I got was flat, syrup-less, and completely undrinkable. I let them know, and they told me to pull into a parking spot so they could bring me a new one. Ten minutes passed—nothing.
I went inside, only to find out they were still serving the same awful, tasteless drink to others and had no intention of fixing the machine or giving me a replacement. It honestly felt like they hoped I’d just leave and forget about it.
If you’re thinking of stopping here, do yourself a favor and keep driving. Maybe if enough people take their money elsewhere, they’ll finally care enough to fix the food and the attitude.
