Never coming back again. Here again the transgender Shemal dude literally refused to serve me just because I got there 15 minutes before they closed and he made an excuse that he’s having a meeting with the manager which was a complete lie. Subway still has to serve because customers always come I saw there was no manager in there. They just wanted to get out of here early.

We have been frequent customers of this location and the service seems to be deteriorating exponentially over the last 6 months or so. Last night's visit was by far the worst.To begin with, when I arrived to grab our dinner order on the way home from doing our weekly shopping the door to the establishment was locked. I would have walked away and selected another option and in retrospect I should have done just that. The first thing she said before I was even able to place an order was "you should be aware that we have no Italian herbs and cheese bread." No biggie they have other bread options.. but wait.. they had 2 - 6" wheat and 2 - 12" white loaves and nothing more. Really??Trying to meet the request from my husband I said we'd work with that.. thinking we could get the sandwiches on the remaining white loaves.. but wait.. When I ordered the boss she said we only have enough meatballs for a 6" sandwich and when I ordered the monster I got the same result.. only enough for a 6"?? But I decided to stick it out and completely changed the order to try the new subs on 6" and ordered a 12" tuna to supplement. All because they sent out coupons to get 2 foot longs for $12.99.In the end - a dinner that should have been less than $20.00 ended up costing over $30.00 by the time we added a tip.Why tip? Because it was obvious she was new, wasn't familiar with the menu at all and the other associate in the store made it clear they weren't offering any support.When I attempted to call the store today the message was "this number has been disconnected and is no longer in service!" Be assured that I will familiarize myself with the store(s) in Martinsburg going forward. If they don't want to provide what the customers ask for then they should close their doors.

Messed up my entire order. Phone doesn't work so I couldn't call and have them give me a refund and the store was fifteen minutes from closing so I couldn't go back and return my order since I live fifteen minutes out. I will never come here again.

This place should just be closed and save everyone the time and frustration. It is nothing like any other subway.Where to begin... We were pretty consistent customers until the pandemic happened. After that customer service went downhill.We've been there the times lately. The first time was ok, so we went back. Second time the doors were locked. Tonight will be the last time.This time I figured out why the doors were locked. At 630pm long before closing. They said this while I was in the store. They are too busy and too much to do before closing. They were going to have to lock the doors. Google times say closing time is 8pm....doors were locked at 7:43 and employees ignored at least 4 customers trying to come in. Also, no hours posted anywhere on the store itself.If I could give no stars I would!

worst subway ever! I watched the older employees yell at the teenagers trying to do their jobs, i have been there plenty of times and the manager does not seem to bother with Any work and like I said the young employees get talked down like they dont deserve to be around, cookies are placed all together, I had to use my pen because of my peanut allergy due to the cookie placement, I honestly think this place should be shut down or Atleast re-established by a different manager, no way to contact subway or the manager, I walk in sometimes there is only one person behind the counter trying to do everything, I honestly feel bad because with my experience coming in and out of this restaurant the minors are doing all the work and they look like slaves, as I never see the manager there and when I do the manager is bullying the employees, my sandwich was not wrapped properly and I asked for it to be toasted as they toasted it for 2.3 seconds (as I read on the toaster from behind the counter) this Place needs something, I would rather starve and this would be the last place I'd ever go to for food For the disrespect of the managers. I do not recommend, god bless the minors that have to work here, they make better food than the other employees and god bless whoever has to eat here. I'm only giving it 2 stars for these innocent employees getting talked down upon of what I see and witness.
