We waited 20 minutes in the drive through for our order. We got home and 2 of the 7 items were correct. Instead of a soft taco and a double stacked taco, we received 2 regular tacos ($5-6 difference). Instead of an Avocado Ranch burrito, we received 2 supreme burritos (which we will not eat). Instead of a large fry, we received a medium fry. The Mexican pizza we ordered was also incorrect and not edible by the person it was made for. The only thing that was correct was the grilled cheese burrito and the nacho cheese sauce. When we called to notify the restaurant, we were told we would need to drive back (20 minutes) and return the food in order to get a refund. We had a hungry infant and just waited 20 minutes for the food. We asked for the corporate number and was told no one at the restaurant knew it. We had to ask 3 times for a district manager number. We were talking to Josh from the inwood location.

On 10/7/25 around 8pm the line in the drive through was long. I was already frustrated at other things going on in my life so I pulled out my phone and ordered through the app while waiting. I pulled up and they asked for my name and I gave it, but they didn’t have it. I frustratingly gave my name again and said “no one else in the world has my name,” and after they said they didn’t have my order I realized I sent it to the wrong store. I told them I wasn’t mad at them, I was mad at the situation. I placed my order on site and received it quickly and accurately. I repeated a few times I was not mad at them but the situation I was in. They gave me excellent service and kept their composure kind. The food was great. Anyone at that store working on 10/7/25 after 8pm deserves recognition for excellent work, because no one should have to deal with me when I’m on a rage.

a whole extra buck for not even a full sauce cup??? y’all are stingy and definitely working for that $8 an hour 🙄 The portions in the other items were also lacking but having to pay a $1 for some cheese dip to be skimped on is next level capitalism

Taco Bell got extremely expensive. Sometimes when I also go to this location, I get someone that makes the food absolutely amazing and then sometimes we get our meals and they are skimpy. I do always loved their cinnamon cream cheese bites which my family calls devil balls. The new dolce de leche ones are absolutely phenomenal!!!

After a half an hour of waiting for crappy food I do believe this will be my last time here. The tea was stale with a horrible aftertaste, so I poured that out, then all 3 Pepsis had zero taste except Seltzer. No one was working at either of the registers, so we all (every customer in there & they lost quite a few), had to ask for help. What a nightmare...18$ later. NO THANK YOU.

My son ordered food here and then we were sitting in the car waiting for my brother to meet me. I went in to also ask for a cup for ive water. Fine if i have to pay for the cup, but would not allow me to get it at all. Said i had to buy a bottle of water. All the money they make and we were customers, but i cant get a cup of ice water🙄
