I have gotten food from here 2-3 times now and each time it has been made horrible and I’ve specifically asked for the spicy potato roll and they give me a bowl I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. Their food is made so bad too looks disgusting and nothing even close to presentable like the pictures. You can tell it’s all day out for awhile and was just slapped together in a hurry. I’ve tried to give them chances but I’m done with this place I’ve never been to any fast food chain that has made the food so sloppy and disgusted and disappointed me this much!! Don’t waste your time or money.. drive the extra couple miles where the food is made nice and fresh

It's almost impressive how poorly ran this Taco Bell is. I go here at least once a week and every time they manage to mess something up. Usually I'm missing items, but I never leave a review because they correct it when I go in and ask, and as someone that works in the restaurant industry, I hate being harsh on restaurant workers - plus at least the food is good when I do get it. However, tonight I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and somehow they ended up with very little chicken, and a lot of beef... Like how? It's impressive that this location has managed to be this poorly ran for at least 2 years now.

If I could give this place a -1,000,000 stars I would. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. I was told by a very nice young lady at the window to go park and she bring my food out. When this nice young lady brought my food out, I noticed that my food was literally thrown into the bag like they were playing freaking basketball with my food, and everything was a mess and leaking through the wrappers. So I went inside and waited to speak to the GM who was in the bathroom for Over 40 minutes before I even asked to speak to him so by the time he came back to the front that GM was gone for over an hour in the bathroom and I had to sit there and wait for him for 20-25 minutes. When I showed him my food and told him what I was seeing while he was in the bathroom because let me tell you when he was in the bathroom employees were literally touching everything with the gloves they had on and then went and made people's food with the same gloves that they were touching, trash and other gross things with. And all that GM had to say to me was, I know I know I know that was all he said it's not my fault those teenagers or high school students don't like their jobs while being in the kitchen, but it doesn't Give them excuse to do what they were doing. The GM said that he would remake my food so I gave him my food to remake while he was remaking my food. There was a lady in the drive-through waiting for her food right. I then watched the food fall off the counter that was supposed to go to the lady In the drive-through, the nice young ladies at the drive-through window told the man that the food had fallen on the floor then I watched this guy take the food from that bag put it into another bag and tried to serve it to the lady in the drive-through that is some grimy stuff, right there. That store needs to be shut down and needs to have new management to run it cause it's disgusting and those poor young ladies at the drive-through window you know handing out the orders and taking the orders have to sit there and watch everybody else do all this gross crap and then serve it to the customers and they're afraid to say anything because they're afraid they're gonna lose their Jobs. This Taco Bell is a disgrace to all Taco Bell's. I would not recommend eating there unless you wanna have food poisoning or some other food for an illness.

Worst taco bell. I order chicken Chipotle griller which was taken off the menu. Taco bell in frederick told me any taco is made to order and told me how to order it. This taco bell tells me if it's not on the menu u can't order it. Will never eat there again

I can tell you that this establishment needs some authority the manager was very rude I wanted a nacho bellgrande I wanted to get nacho fries instead of chips and got told they couldn't do that and the girl at the window said that it was a loaded beef nacho so when I got home to find chips I was not happy so I came back and the manager came to the counter but then walked off made my nachos and slid them across the counter and told the young man bag that up she didn't say I'm sorry or anything just straight walked off this place is going straight down hill I'll never come back here

Victoria M. working the window on Saturday evenings is so incredibly rude. I said “hi” was ignored, I said thank you more than once and was ignored. And she had a nasty couldn’t-be-bothered face and attitude our entire “interaction”. I’m sure she was upset at the line they had, but when you take and prepare only ONE order at a time you’re going to have a line?? Maybe if Victoria wasn’t leaning on the counter, scrolling through her phone and actually taking the customers’ orders who were waiting at the speaker for 10+ minutes the line would have flowed faster? And I guess whoever bagged was upset by the line thought it’d be cute to toss my fries in the bag upside down. I have the upmost respect for food-service workers and understand the crappy people they may experience, plus the stress of non-stop orders but don’t let those experiences influence how you treat the customers who are polite and understanding.
