I usually dine at this location when I want Waffle House. I was here two weeks ago and had stellar service and food. Today, my son and I went for breakfast and there were only a few customers. We immediately sat at the end, the low table. We sat for over 10 minutes with no greeting or service. Then a young lady approached us and said she’d be with us in a couple minutes. Then I watched a pair of folks who came in and were immediately greeted and sat and served their drinks. I decided to leave. We went to the location in Martinsburg off season miller. The place was packed but one couple were leaving, the staff immediately wiped down the table got our drinks and took our orders in two minutes! No excuse Inwood!

I don’t like that you can’t call the store. Understand you can’t place an order over the phone but you can’t call and talk to anyone either if there is something wrong. Then the online website doesn’t allow you to make all modifications. Like I want extra cheese in my hashbrown bowl, not an option. If you are going to force us to only do online ordering at least make it like we could be standing in the store to order

Stopped in today for lunch. It wasn’t overly busy, but we were completely ignored by the staff. We sat there for 20 minutes, staff waited on everyone around us. We finally gave up and left. By far the worst Waffle House experience.
