We have stopped here twice - months apart. Both times waited 20 minutes for a small order for 2 people. Both times the workers were oblivious to the wait and not very friendly either. Then the cola was flat and warm.

Very disappointed I normally go to Weston Arby’s, but tonight I stopped in Jane Lew. Chicken sandwiches was cold, and they gave me a medium lemonade instead of a large they even up charged me. But the so called “large” is the same size as a medium. Very disappointing.

Amazing service! Hot food! Everyone was so friendly and made sure everything was going ok throughout my stay as I dined inside. The cashier even offered to refill my drink for me from the drink station! I have been to this location before and definitely didn’t have this experience or interaction! Amazing work Arbys keep it up!

Place was clean but I couldn't tell you how their food was cuz I waited for 7 minutes at the register to make an order multiple people looked at me and all they wanted to do was take care of the drive-thru so I left. I've never been to a worse Arby's in my life for service. Do yourself a favor and go to any other restaurant around here.

The staff doesn't know what they are doing, and the food was cooled. Thar is an IHop across the street. Just go there instead.

Restaurant is always incredibly understaffed. One person working front register and drive-thru simultaneously, and just taking turns between a patron inside and someone in the car line.

Was a very good dining experience. The person who took our order recomended the potato cakes ( limited time) and the 3 pepper sauce, was fantastic! I,ve been there several times, the food is always good.
Parking: Parking is free, but not real close. The handicapped parking spot is a fair distance from the door. This is all do to the location. Def worth a visit.
