Lightburns Family Diner is definitely on my list of top diners in WV! The service was so friendly and everything we ordered was excellent. The sweet and spicy quesadilla was so good and you have to try the roasted brussel sprouts. Be sure to give this place a try if you are nearby!
Decided on Lightburns on Friday evening because I love supporting small local businesses in the area and they were offering their Valentine’s Day specials on Friday evening as well as Saturday. It was fairly busy when we walked in but we were lucky enough to get a table right away. My husband and I both had our eye on the prime rib and needless to say we were not disappointed. It was cooked just as we ordered it and the portions were spectacular! I love the side options I had...
A hidden treasure! The food is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful! Be sure to come with a big appetite because the portions are huge! We will definitely return and bring others with us!
