Had the toasted chicken salad sandwich and the brown beans. The chicken salad was not very flavorful, but the beans were great! Went on a warm day, but waited outside because it was hotter inside than outside. I have been told by locals that their fried chicken livers are great, but you need to call about a half hour ahead of time to ensure they have them available.

If you like home cooked meals, this is the place for you. I have yet to pick a favorite menu item as I have not ate everything yet. Nevertheless, every thing I have order has been excellent. The staff is friendly, and for an older building it is surprisingly clean.
Castle Rock Restaurant is an amazing place with great food and an awesome staff. The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of space for dining. All the food was great, especially their awesome pizza. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that is definitely worth a visit.
Classic American Gem with deep fried subs and comfort food. Fried catfish, dessert, homemade marinara sauce with cheese sticks, and steak sub were all delicious and cheap. Pizza is also good!

Stopped in there at 5:15 to get dinner. The sign said "Open" when we pulled in, and by the time we got to the door, "they changed it to "Closed" , when the hours posted said they don't close until 6 on Sundays. I guess they don't want business, so we will not be back!
