We attempted to let Bob Evans do our Thanksgiving meal this year and it will be the last. Our order was missing the cranberry relish and the pumpkin pie. Unfortunately I trusted that the order was correct when given my takeout bags. I gave a big tip also. Lesson learned. Attention to detail is important to some, others not so much.

I visited the KC restaurant with my family today on Thanksgiving, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The food was cold when it arrived at our table, and we were missing several items from our order. Given the limited menu, I expected better service and quality. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the meal and the service provided.

Me and my husband and grandson was there a few days ago and I have to say it was the absolute worst,my husbands hamburger was cold,my chicken was slimy and wasn't even done,rolls were hard as bricks my grandsons chicken tenders were also slimy and wasnt done his Mac and cheese was cold,it will be a long time before we go back also we noticed the cooks were in and out the kitchen and just standing around doing nothing alot of the waitresses were on their phones instead of checking to see if their customers needed refills on their drinks or needed anything else so yes we were very disappointed.

When we were sat we understood our waitress was busy because ahe sounded rushed by another table. When she took our order and we didn't get our soups for over 20 minutes we asked. She said she would put a rush on them.? It reqlly didnt seem busy in there. They are starters, you shouldn't have to. Then when our food came I had order country fried chicken but got the country fried steak. We had been then about an hour so I wouldn't let her take it back. We had to ask for more water. I had all our dirty plates stacked on edge of the table and they stayed there til I took check to pay. We had the deal where it came with desert and I was still charged for it. ( they did after I complained take it off ) this was not what we are used to from Bob Evans.
