This used to be a great place to eat when I lived in Charleston. I love their Wildfire Fried Chicken Salad. The last few times I have gone when in town, the food was not as good. This time, the chicken in the salad looked dried out and was not tasty. The biscuits were cold but edible. My mother’s BLT sandwich was a little burnt but edible. They were out of Pepsi so I ordered Mountain Dew instead. It was watery and kind of flat. The server didn’t come back to check on us until it was time for the check. There wasn’t many customers so I am not sure what was going on. The atmosphere has really gone down too. It looked very dingy. I won’t go back to this location again.

Food was good, but arrived to the table cold. Took forever to get service, sat at the table a solid 15 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. Ordered an appetizer and we had to ask about it when it never came. It then came with our dinners. Male staff with a white apron on loudly complaining about his job while walking around the lobby area, highly unprofessional. Very, very slow service and cold food. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The entrence was filled with litter very filthy. The place was not busy we had to wait to be seated the cashier took a phone call and noone else seated us. When seated we waited 15 mins to get our order in. This is not a normal BobEvans that ive ate at. Dont recommend this slop shop

It's a terrible place not only are the staff rude but the managers allow there employees to put their hands on you in a aggressive manor there cook was outside scratching down his pants so I shook my head and he came at me and swung his hand at me hitting me ok the side of my head and knocking my phone to the ground and as I called to report him to the store manager she called police and told them to tell me to not to call there no more or they would file harassment charges on me and allowed that greasy dirty cook get by with what he did really for no reason . There cook comes in dirty daily I know I live beside the place and allows all them to smoke pot out back and not a one if them ever wash there hands even as they leave the rest room

Nice and clean. Got the turkey and dressing and hit the spot! Love the wild fire ranch and the salad seemed freshly chopped. This is my favorite Bob Evan location in our area.
Food really good. Sausage chili is one of the best ever had. Service excellent. Actually, I was quite surprised how good it was

Waited for are food hour ordered 2 burgers That was burnt hamburgers looked like they was from yesterday. I would be a shame serve something like that to people we left will never be back lost a customer

Nice atmosphere and breakfast is always good. We had to ask to get our table properly cleaned but the waitress who did it for us was wonderful. Our waitress not so much. She seemed snippy and like she was having a bad day.
