On 10/15/24 we visited Evaronis as we have done in the past many many times. We received our food, one pizza, one baked spaghetti, one order of mozzarella sticks and one order of garlic bread. The pizza was as it normally is 6 out of 10, the baked spaghetti (which I order at this location many many many times) was not good and only-two bites were taken(only reason a second one was taken was to confirm I wasn’t mistaken) the noodles were bland and cold underneath the cheese and was a mixture of grease and water. When we asked the waiter if we could have this item removed as it was not edible we were told that’s not something they do because the manager would not allow it. The manager came over(stating they were the owners sister) and said “we have not received any other complaints and we can’t remove it” we were offered a 25% off of the spaghetti which I do not think is fitting for something that was not ate or taken with us. The manager who came seemed very aggressive based on facial expressions when we brought these concerns to her. If you were to ask me on 10/14/24 or any day before that I would preach to the high heavens about how great of a place Evaronis is and would recommend it to anyone and everyone, going forward at this time based on how we were treated inside I do not recommend this place anymore.

They can’t decide when to stay open! 3 times in a row we drove from Ironton to here and all times they were closed. We wouldn’t have drove if they didn’t update their socials on when they were open, but they just updated a small digital sign to say they were on vacation. 1 time it was too late, which is sad because they’re cutting hours I think, one time was Father’s Day, and one was vacation, but it’s all within 2 weeks! I understand they need to do a time out, but they need to let people know before a 30 minute drive happens. Makes me wish there was more than “only one in the world.”

First of all, I realize that things change and that they aren't always as nostalgic as we might remember them. However, I had not been to Evaronis since I was a teenager. I remembered it being a very good place to eat. Today, my husband and I made a decision that I will forever regret. We went to Evaronis for their chicken dinner. It had always been my favorite. In its heyday evaronis had the best. However, today it was awful. The chicken was rock hard. The pieces were tiny and had no flavor. The potato wedges were not hardly seasoned, and the Cole slaw was DISGUSTING!!!! My husband, who is a Cole slaw fanatic, couldn't even eat it. Also, the Diet Pepsi was completely flat!!! This place really needs to get its act together if it wants to stay in business, but I doubt that we will EVER go back!!!!
