I guess when it comes a snow storm it's forget you for not being able to drive through the drive thru. Not everyone is fortunate enough to own a car. And for not having a car I was denied service.

it is very dirty and disgusting there was leftover food at our table and it was sticky ,, one of my friends mother ordered of the mobile app and she said that she could not get the food since she was at work and my friend was at mc Donald’s because you have to be near or in the store ,, after her mom called and i don’t think she ever got her money back. And there was a eye or toenail in my chicken nugget….

Absolutely RUDE. Gave me unsweetened ice tea instead of sweet. All my food was completely wrong and I didn’t even make changes to it. Will not be returning! Will be going to any other McDonald’s besides this one. CANT EVEN GET A DRINK RIGHT!

So I had went up to get some sauce and 5 minutes before that it was free until a different lady came up, she said it was twenty seven cents, in a very rude tone and then, she saw I did not have money and proceeded to reach her hand out in a very rude way. One of the people I was even sitting with found a bug in her sauce and she had just opened it. Do you really want to be eating sauce with bugs in it and they still charge you for it. Do you think that is reasonable at all a bug in sauce that I am being charged twenty seven cents for. I find this quite ridiculous. And keep in mind these people cooking your food have probably, not washed there hands and are very sweaty then they wipe it and proceed to touch your food again. Also there “real”meat have you ever pulled apart a chicken nugget from there it is slimy and unsanitary you really want to be eating that.

Me and my friend went up to get some sauce we asked nicely and the woman told us we had to pay for the sauce even tho if u pay for it on the app of go through the drive through they give it to u for free she made me skip in front of these people waiting in line just to pay 25 cents for ranch and Buffalo sauce which is really stupid and she was very rude about it and when my card declined because my finger print was on the chip and I had to wipe it she got made about it and said it declined and then she was about to walk away and I told her it just didn’t read my chip and to let me do it again and then ever she was telling me and my friend we had to pay for it she was being very quiet and I don’t even think she was speaking English.

Went to this McDonald's today and got two big Mac's , Sprite and a vanilla sundae through the drive thru and everyone was very friendly and professional to say the least. They also brought the order out to us very quickly. Id give TEN STARS if I could. Great place.
