We got there aroind 4:15 on a Saturday. It says they're opened til 5 on Saturday. We had to put the chairs on the floor around our table to sit and eat, at around 4:30 the lady that was working was leaning over top of me and my food to turn off the 'open' sign. She was very rude acted as if we were an inconvenience. Food wasnt all that good. We wont be going back.

Absolutely the worst hot dogs I've ever tried to eat, the sauce Weiner and buns were old bread was stale, lukewarm watery weiners with a warm sauce, so disappointed, Sam's was at 1 time my favorite hot dog stand

They charged $5 for a chicken sandwich that was a chicken strip on a mini bun. Outrageous. And it didn't taste good or fill us up. No tomato or lettuce available. They should be ashamed.and you can't call them, they don't answer. And you can't even leave a message. A recording comes up that says you can't.

Please throw away those no bake cookies they taste a year old. They are dry and crumble to pieces. Hot dogs are not what they used to be but HEY the service was exceptional.

The manner in which this location of Sam’s Hot Dogs treats United States veterans is horrible. I urge all veterans, families of veterans, and American patriots to boycott this location. Not all Sam’s locations are like this. Plus, the hotdogs are mediocre at best. Jim’s Hot Dog’s are 200% better and veterans and all customers there are treated with respect.

Very disappointing. $5.07 for two hotdogs with a very skimpy amount of toppings. Taste was ā€œjust okā€. Sadly, I would say that hotdogs you get at a gas station are better. The guy behind the counter could do well to learn better customer service skills. Barely 2 stars.

Absolutely delicious. The spicy sauce was my favorite. The baked beans are a fantastic side and done well. The peanut butter fudge was absolutely amazing!

2/3 I ordered 3 hotdogs yesterday, i asked for onions mustard and chili on all three, you would need a magnifying glass to find the chili, and what makes these hotdogs special, is they steam them, NOW you get cold buns, I can make my own or go anywhere in Ashland for a cold plain hotdog, this has happened another time back in the summer and I said I won't go back, but decided to try one more time, if I want a good hotdog I'll make them at home or go to Sam's in West Moreland, I was so excited when they came to Ashland, now they are nothing but a big disappointment.

Got there about 5pm and the hot dogs were old due to sitting there for a while.Service was fast and friendly. Will give them another try earlier in the day.

I’m so happy to have Sam’s back in Ashland. I have missed it. It’s just as delicious as always. Staff was very professional and kind. I’ve been there almost everyday since I found out one was in Ashland. Absolutely the best Hot Dog Sauce around.
