It took way too long at the drive thru and was out of the main item I came for.

This is literally one of the best fast food places I’ve been to. The food was better than any other Taco Bell. Clean, super nice people, and great appearance. Zero complaints

This is one of the nicest Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. I love the vibe and atmosphere.
I got charged for onions which is usually free (I thought) and didn’t receive any in all of my items which is frustrating.
Also the guy at the window handed me my change kinda sloppy and dropped some on the ground. He never apologized and gave me a look like it didn’t matter. I work hard for my money so that came off as rude to me.

DO NOT GO HERE-Just going to start with the worst-my husband witnessed an employee come out of a stall in the bathroom & leave without washing his hands 🤢🤮 This place was kind of dirty-tables & toilets in tge ladies. Overpriced for what it is & you're forced to order on a computer rather than have a human connection.

No help what so ever was forced to do the computer thing and waited for our food. We got the food before drinks and they couldn’t even remember what we ordered.Burritos were uncooked thin flat tasteless things more like a quesadilla than anything. The chalupas were hard and flaky, instead of soft and chewy. We won’t be going back

This is the best Taco Bell of my life. The tacos and everything was made with plenty of meat and all. We stopped here on our way back from Malibu Jacks heading home to Saint Albans. They moved the line well and the employees were so nice. The cravings box menu choices are simply amazing. Best Taco Bell! And it's beautiful with the string lights outside.
Taco Bell – Interstate Oasis or Just a Pit Stop?
What can one say about a Taco Bell that hasn’t already been said in a thousand road trip gasps and late-night cravings? This particular location, nestled just off the interstate like a seasoned traveler’s old friend, offers a surprisingly pleasant atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating? Check. Lovely landscaping that almost distracts you from the fact you’re about to eat fast food? Double check.
The inside and outside lighting is decent, with no interrogation-room fluorescents or spooky shadows in the parking lot. It’s mostly clean, emphasis on “mostly,” which is above average for this type of establishment.
As for the food and service… well, let’s just say they were present. Not terrible, not terrific. Just okay. Meh. If you’ve ever eaten at a Taco Bell, you already know what to expect, and this one delivers exactly that, with a smile, if you're lucky, and a shrug if you're not.
Wheelchair accessibility is solid: a concave ramp, designated parking spots, a crosswalk, and wide double doors make entrance easy and considerate.
All in all, if you’re cruising down the highway and need something vaguely resembling a taco, this Taco Bell won’t disappoint, but it probably won’t wow you either.

Visited this location last night, went through the drive thru and placed my order only for them to mess it up. When i got to the window and asked for them to correct it the smart ass employee said well you said it wrong that's why. I pulled over to check my food and they still messed up my child's food. I asked for no sauce on the chicken flatbread melt they put no chicken. I took it inside and asked to speak to the manager and then the 2 employees in the drive thru area got smart with me staying that's what you asked for. I told them you should probably not talk nasty about customers when they can hear you. This is going to corporate so good luck keeping your job.

I'll eat at Taco Bell on occasion, but it's never my go-to; however, back in the 1980s, Taco Bell was the place to be. In my opinion, the food is now overpriced and of lower quality. Others may feel differently; this is just my opinion.
