Taco Bell in kenova, crammed $40 worth of food into one bag ripped down the side, none of the food was wrapped properly, HORRIBLE costumer service, they were so rude. That don’t include the 20 min we waited for our food. I’m not one to usually complain, but damn yall do better.

Terrible customer service they constantly blame the app for their lack of service.
All I can say is wow. Exquisite. I was having that late night craving and Taco Bell did NOT disappoint. Here I am, full of joy, happiness, and sweet delicious taco meat. That burrito was so delectable it has inspired me to be better in all walks of life. I will aspire to be as great a person as this food was food. I ate it so fast I almost feel ashamed. Part of me kept whispering, no, dont eat it all just yet, save some. But I couldnt, i was selfish. I indulged myself on every delicious morsel. Shoveling it into my face until every bit was gone. Washed down with a waterfall of wonderful Dole® Lemonade Strawberry Squeeze. I will now pray for forgiveness from this gluttony, and rest easy before I get woke up with the meat sweats. Worth every agonizing second spent later on the toilet. Bravo.

Have frequented this location often. Last week ordered nachos bel grande to go when arriving home was mostly chips hardly anything on top. Tonight I returned thinking everybody gets a second chance and ordered thru drive in and asked could I please ask for a bit more on top and explained what had happened last week and a voice so hateful came back I make those and you get what your supposed to have on them. Again I politely said last week I did not. The voice came back shockingly hateful…. You leave now we don’t want you. Im not stopping at this brutally honest review. Im going as far up the corporate ladder as needed to get this individual fired. No establishment needs anyone with that attitude working and representing them. I will never return to this location ever.
Spent 50 doing it made my whole family sick and they refused a refund don't eat there ever and I used to love this taco bell but now it's horrible

This is the absolute best Taco Bell I have ever been to, and it's the best consistently. I don't have to order extra ingredients to get the amount I should get for the cost of the regular menu item, the food I order is always assembled and wrapped beautifully, and it always somehow tastes better than my local Taco Bell. OTHER TACO BELLS TAKE NOTE: THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY, SATISFIED, AND COMING BACK FOR MORE.
As if that wasn't enough, the atmosphere is fantastic, from the ample outdoor seating under the pergolas, to the statue fountain out front, to the waterfall in the drive thru, and to the clean and comfortable interior, this Taco Bell is top notch.
