Tried this place two times just for the benefit of doubt, first time we never even got seated stood there for 15 minutes and the employees wouldn’t get off their phone to get us a seat, second time (today) we were seated (table falling apart), brought us our drinks/ chips, then never came back to take our order for 20+ minutes. Food is good but service is absolutely awful. Just go to the one in south point it’s the same brand but much better service. Manager tried to salvage it by coming over after the wait.

Pretty disappointing…. Food was not prepared correctly and under cooked…. Chicken was very chewy…. Both dishes loaded with onions and very little on any other vegetables…. . Not what we have come to expect at this location in Kenova, WV. Told them about our experience said he would talk to the kitchen then he went out the door….

Love their food clean friendly place. Great staff. This is our first time eating in renovation. The tables and decorations are great. Colorful.
Didn't like that mix drinks had a soda charge on Jack and coke. Good food

Was taken to the kenova restaurant on a date last night, October 18th, and the food was amazing 👏
But the service was subpar
After our meals were delivered the server no longer showed up.
Noone checked on us.
We were not offered refills on our empty glasses.
He was at the bar, we made eye contact, we attempted to get him back but we were ignored.
I wanted to see the drinks menu, my date needed a refill and we also wanted to order dessert and get a to-go box for our leftover entrée.
But we were abandoned by the wait staff
I may eventually get take out again but we will never dine in again.
I will recommend the food, because it was delicious but will tell people to avoid dining in because the service is abysmal.
