I placed a order online and for the first time I came into the store. I watched no glove service a girl named Kennedy playing with her socks or shoes and hair then watched her struggle to dump the onion rings they were drenched in oil. I will return the food next time and inform management on the spot next time I see someone digging in they sock then put hands on equipment and food. Get it together... nasty af and you didn't even make the food right the snack wrap was wrong and it tasted like on the burger with no pikels tasted pikels some how so I think they had pikels on it and removed them.

Has gone down hill. 25 mins to sit and wait for a drive through order. After getting it the food sucks. Fry’s undercooked and extremely salty. Takes so long to bring the food out because they will have 8 plus vehicles waiting for food and they will wait for all their food to be done to bring out the others. Meaning the first person has to sit and wait until the last persons food’s done making the first persons food nasty. Have it another chance but still the same bs as it’s been. Use to be so good now it’s a POs bk.

Very very polite and food was fresh and brought to our table when it was ready.
Stale bun, practically falling apart. Food cold. Returned the hamburger. Didnt offer a refund or to remake food. $20 for fries. Wont be back to Keyser BK.

We stopped at BK on our way home about 5pm Sunday. Only one other couple was there. Son placed our order. Who ever made our burgers didn’t care. There so much mayo and ketchup on them that they slid apart while eating. We could tell the burgers were not fresh because the cheese didn’t even melt. Went to get a drink refill and saw the gal doing the cooking eating fries and some kind of nugget thing while at fry station. The gal “working” the window was laying on the counter. We couldn’t eat the burgers because of all the mayo and ketchup which made for very soggy bun. On the way out we had to walk through a haze of 4 employee cigarette smoke. They were on both sides of the exit door. We will only eat there when the happy, great black is working!

The man working there was awesome! I don't think I've ever seen someone enjoy their job so much. I was having a kind of bad day but this man's enthusiasm would not let me stay down. He did his job, top notch, and at the same time would interact with the customers like they were old friends. He even broke into song a couple of times. I didn't get a chance to catch his name, but shout out to you sir! You were the highlight of my day.
