Twice now we have had issues with our order and not gotten all the food. We politely called just now to inform them we were missing things and that we live to far to come back and get them. We did not want a refund, did not want a credit, simply wanted to let them know our order was incomplete. They had the audacity to accuse us of lying and trying to swindle them after repeatedly being told we wanted nothing and were simply informing them of the issue. The rude woman on the phone. Insisted the items weren't in the bag.I love the food here but will think long and hard now before ordering due to the ride accusations and argumentative manner in which this issue was handled.AGAIN we didn't ask for a refund, didn't want any compensation, we simply wanted them to know there was a missing order of breaded mushrooms.

10/10 the food is great and they give you a ton of it. I ordered an appetizer, dinner and dessert. I wasn’t expecting three bags of food lol. It came with a salad. I’ll probably be eating on these for a while. Definitely get your moneys worth, and its tasty too.

We took a drive on Saturday, was recommended to stop. We got the small orders of Ravioli and chicken parmigiana and still had plenty for leftover’sAnd it was by far the best Italian we have had! Worth the drive from Oakland! It’s ok they’re not open inside yet as help is so hard to find these days just don’t close up completely!!! We’ll be back next week!

Cartoonishly large portions. I can eat a lot and rarely get to-go containers, but I've never been able to finish my meal here, I always end up with leftovers.Prices are good and the service is always friendly. Highly recommended.
It's astonishing that it's been this long and the inside dining is still closed, went to the place a few times back in the day and while the food is fine I can not and will not support this kind of bonkers behavior.
