I've ordered pizza from them a few times now and it's good, but they skimp with the toppings , I dont think I should have to pay for extras toppings just to get the regular amount. We got the meat lovers and it hardly had anything, each slice only had like 2-3 pieces of pepperoni, didnt even see the ham, and hardly any bacon or sausage.

I order from Lou’s very often, and today was just not good because we ordered a 4 piece tender with a small fry, a cheesesteak sub with small fry, and a buffalo chicken Stromboli with a small fry. The order did take all most an hour to get and the small fry with the chicken tenders were not near how a normal small fry is. The Stromboli was very small as well. This business just isn’t very consistent but the food tastes very good.

The food is just ok. The pizza is basically Costco pizza with a mark up. Prices outweigh quality unfortunately. The "chili" (sloppy Joe) dog is ok.

Tonight, November 22, 2023, we placed an order for 2 hot ham and cheese sandwiches with American Cheese and Thin sliced ham, along with some potato fries, and a buffalo chicken Stromboli. When we checked the food we realized that our sandwiches were wrong, originally I went into the store and explain that it was wrong and gave them back the food as I request a remake of the same item. The two men behind the were very rude and one of them remarked a “really” in an annoyed voice. I went back out to my car and waited for the order to be remade, but once I went back in to pick up the order the other man that was working handed me back the incorrect food and proceeded to tell me “you can have that back cause we can’t do anything with it, and you’re going to have to pay for the new order, sorrrry.” Overall a terrible experience and huge let down tonight from the company as an all, especially considering that we frequent this establish. However we will not be returning.Please see attached photos of the burnt food that we received tonight.

The red haired girl that runs the register is the most disrespectful lady I’ve ever encountered such poor customer service manners . A store that is great to go to inside and out and has everything you can imagine. This person needs corrective actions taken immediately.

had ordered meat-ball subs at daddy lou's a few times before and loved them. tonight i ordered a meatball sub from daddy lou's and i am not sure where it came from or who made it. it didn't even look like a meatball sub. wont order another one till someone tells me the subs are as good as they once were.
