We've been here several times recently and in the past. When it was Double B's and now that it's the Old Mountaineer. When we first started going here, we were blown away. The food was great and so was the service. However, over the past year, there's been a big difference. Stopped in after a long day of driving. There’s a restaurant with a separate area for the bar, very family friendly. 8 taps on hand and also many bottles available. Had a great meal (lots of options). Breakfast, lunch and dinner as you please. A+ in my book!
We're visiting from South Carolina for a family gathering in this area. We stopped at the Double B Bar and Grill, and their parking lot is normally full. Their menu is on the small side compared to some of the larger restaurants. First we ordered coffee which was luke warm. I ordered an Italian sub.
