Food is excellent, portions great, fast service, overall very well done in an older building.
They're redoing the place, bathrooms first, good idea. Carpet should be top priority.

A few locals told us this place was excellent... it was not. The condition of the outside should have been our first clue. It looks like it's about to be demolished.
I ordered a tamal, the first one that was brought out had been sitting on a hot plate for at least a week! It was so burnt on the bottom that I could not cut it with a knife, the bottom half inch had become a solid mass. Second one was fresher, but the first should never have seen the outside of the kitchen.
We were there on a hot day, inside they have a single wall AC unit that looked about 20 years old and not doing the job of even trying to make it cool. And then there were the flies that were buzzing around constantly.

I'm here in the area for work. It's not so easy to find good Hispanic food away from Arizona.
Mas Carne please 🙏

No..just say NO. It wasn’t just the food. Outside- Broken windows, broken lights, rotting wood., dropping/broken gutters.
Inside- There’s a funky smell of I’d say old grease that I think the carpet is still holding onto. Our chips and tamales were left in the fryer too long and had turned dark brown/black on the edges. My beef tips were drowning in a greasy sauce that made the burrito stick to the extremely hot plate. I will never go here again….ever
