The food was absolutely amazing. They definitely weren't skimpy on the cheese. I look forward to eating fox's whenever I come home because it's always great. You've never had a cheesecake wedgie you are missing out

My mom and I ordered hoagies that were literally CAKED with mayo to then point I had to scrap off GLOBS of it. My partners wedges for his meal were so overcooked that they were more hard than soft. Last time we will be ordering from here.

I JUST MOVE IN KEYSER .LOOKING FOR A GOOD SUB AND WINGS.BUT THATS NOT WHAT I got .picked up food got home wrong sub .mind you the whole sub then wings where you couldn't 20 wings you couldn't even eat the wings .soaked inches wrong sauce.35.00.wasted..lost a customer. 🤨

So I asked Siri to call Fox’s and apparently I got Keyser Fox’s so I didn’t think twice about it. I ordered my food so I go to Westernport to pick up my order and they say they don’t have it lol apparently they don’t. So I just figured out what happened because Keyser Fox’s Pizza Den just called me telling me to pick up my order and when I told him I apologize it was my mistake…. He hung up on me. I don’t find that professional. I don’t find that courteous and Westernport Fox’s beat you guys hands-down anyway.
Best pizza we have had in a while. Only thing that would make it better is cut back on the sausage and add more pepperoni. Thanks

I called in for delivery. I ordered their buffalo chicken pizza. Unlike the one in westernPort MD. This Fox's adds cheddar cheese to it and it tastes weird. So every time I call in I ask them not to put it on. But they mess it up. Because then if I don't specify to use more mozzarella cheese in it's place they will just put a very small amount on the whole pizza and it seems they don't add the ranch sauce their website claims they do. I know each place does things differently. But when I call and ask for something it shouldn't be so hard. An it's been each time I call. It doesn't matter how I explain it to them or anything. They mess it up. Last time I called and said I wanted the buffalo chicken wedge and again I said no cheddar cheese and they sent me a PIZZA (not a wedge) and it had maybe 10 pieces of mozzarella cheese on it and it looked ridiculous with the amount of crust and chicken to have barley any cheese on it. An the receipt even stated I ordered a Wedge not a Pizza. So I guess from now on I'll drive to the next town to order a buffalo chicken pizza.
