I honestly went there to pick up a door dash delivery. I, myself, haven't ate at a McDonald's for years. Eating out use to be enjoyable and cheap, not so much anymore. Plus, they stopped the $1 sweet tea's and the GREAT $1 menu when u had so many options available. My customers were very happy with their food so I guess thats all that matters.

Today me and my friend went to McDonald’s and I just got a happy meal and he got a big Mac so we ate our food. I opened my nuggets. There’s only five nuggets in there. I didn’t really care about that and then on the kiosk I ordered sauce. There was no sauce. I didn’t care about that one either but their service was just very sucky. They brought out the wrong food for me. My friend got food poisoning from his big Mac and the lady was sweeping under our feet.

Ff are never hot or crispy. Drive thru is unnecessarily slow. They should pull people to waiting spots but dont. Staff is very nice regardless, but don't use your name when ordering with app as they should.

Food was cold...fries soggy...my family an I decided to dine in we had the little number plaque an expected someone to bring the food to the table...nope u have to remember what your receipt number was when they call it bc you have to go up n get it ...so why have the number plaques if ur not gonna use them..
Shame on McDonald's in Keyser for trying to pass this off as iced tea. DO BETTER.

How you remodel and your time to make food goes to 30 min to another person telling me they waited a hour for their kids' food. Just how 🤔 😳 order one week later time was not any better you have one more shot until I will be looking to contact someone who can figure why is it hard to make a meal to how it's ordered. Yes i tasted the pikels without bitting into them. Yes I puked after

Messes up more orders, then they get right and argue with you when you tell them what's wrong or what they forgot.
Edit* 4 years later and every order my past 7 visits have been ice cold. I always call and complain but never ask for free food to replace it. Today I talked to Kylee, who just didn't respond at all when I called and told them it was time to throw out the rest of the ice cold food that was cooked at the same time like was. A place so bad I don't know how they're always busy when it's always cold or nasty
