I see what people are saying about the prices, but honestly, my husband and I thought it was worth every penny. Every one was super friendly, the food was delicious, the portions were large (pics show after some has been eaten), and the drinks were tasty! We are hoping to come back to Adventures on the Gorge next year and we will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

Being vegan it can be very hard to find places to eat while visiting from out of town but Smokey’s came through for us! Food is amazing! Cauliflower wings are incredible and the black bean burgers are excellent! Faith was very helpful and her service was impeccable! The views are also amazing! Will definitely be dining here again when we return.

Nice place to eat in, but that’s as much credit as I can give. The food was very bland and VERY expensive. My party shared the trout, FGTBLT, asparagus, mash, and Mac. Portion sizes varied with mashed potatoes and Mac being the most generous and asparagus being six pieces. Service was slow as it took around 10 minutes for someone to come to the table after we were sat. Would have skipped this one in hindsight.

We had the Fried Green Tomato BLT and the Philly Steak, both excellent! Delicious fries, too. Our server, Courtney, was fun and engaging besides doing a great job of serving.

Stopped here twice on vacation and both times we had Emma as our waitress. Shes fantastic and very helpful with recommendations. Try the smoked wings and the whipped goat cheese you won't be disappointed.

The food was very overpriced for the general lack of flavor. The view could have been nice if not for all of the overgrown trees directly surrounding the outdoor eating area. Our waitress messed up both of the kids meals, but was quick to fix them. I was on vacation, so it's unlikely I ever return or suggest others to eat here.

This is a great atmosphere, but the food was not in line with the pricing. I had the Brisket and it was extremely fatty. Not at all what I'm used to with brisket. Plus, it was cut in very think slices and served with a thick layer of BBQ sauce over the top. High quality brisket does not need that. My son had the brisket sandwich and same issue. Very fatty and too thickly sliced for a sandwich. You would have though the brisket was the signature dish and would have been much better.
