We were the only table there, but we were a large party of 12. Food was pretty good, but slow. Might have to stop there again if we are through the area again. Very cool location.

First time here. My husband thought it was a BBQ restaurant, but it was not. We weren't very impressed by the menu but only because they didn't offer dinner type meals. Burgers, chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, BLT. So sandwich type items. Easy to assemble, so to speak. This is fine if you know that's what they offer, but we didn't do our part and look at the menu before going. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich with fries, and I ordered the Philly steak hoggie with mac and cheese. Portion sizes were good. His sandwich was lacking in flavor, or maybe needed some kind of sauce. The mac and cheese was pretty good. Our waitress was super pleasant and did a good job. We sat outside since it was a beautiful day. That was a nice option. It's a beautiful area. I would recommend trying it out. Just look over the menu first.

Nice laid-back dining experience with plenty of outdoor seating. While the views are somewhat obstructed by overgrown trees, the atmosphere is still enjoyable. The menu is the same as the one posted at their website, and we enjoyed everything we ordered.

The views were great, but to be honest, the food didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of fresh fruit. The chicken breast was more like a small chicken strip, with just a tiny piece of lettuce and tomato. As for the fresh fruit, it should honestly be called a mini fruit bowl—it was a very small portion. If the portions were more generous, I would have given it five stars. The food I ordered was overpriced in my opinion.

I'm noticing a substantial number of the more recent reviews mentioning being unhappy with the food. I agree & I'll be brief. The place is beautiful, the wait staff was great, the atmosphere was terrific, and our meals were simply not acceptable. My wife couldn't even eat her salmon. 2 stars because the primary reason I go to a restaurant is for the food.

Tonight was our first time here - we came in town to visit friends and ended up meeting the manager who helped us find the perfect table to enjoy our dinner. On the way out, we decided to get a quick picture and it turns out our photographer is the executive chef! For our meal: we first enjoyed the whipped feta with cranberry bread drizzled with honey… oh MY! You must try this!! The brisket, ribs and salmon were amazing. Our waiter was attentive and fun. If we’re ever in the area, we’ll be back!

Saw some dicey reviews and made me hesitant. After a recommendation from the server at Black Bistro Cafe, we tried it. We all enjoyed our food very much. Smothered pork chop, waygu burger, waygu meatloaf and smoked half chicken were all very good. The mushroom medley was a bit over seasoned but the other sides were all great. We will definitely return.
