I was there at lewisburg wv two days ago and had to wait for my fresh hot crinkle fries. The elderly gentleman that fell on wet floor and witnessed that the crew members had not even come to his aid for help. The cashier just stood there not aware of what happened by yelling GO GET THE MANAGER she casual walk to the edge of the counter and said nothing. She did not come over to him asked ARE YOU ALRIGHT. She just stood there not wanting to get involved or nothing just blank stare. Until the cashier said do you want me to call 911. This very unprofessional work place what if he broke his elbow or hip. He could have sue the store.

Tell y-all, it's hit or miss usually, but this Arby's has it together! The food was everything I hoped for! Thank you for exceeding my expectation. ++++++

I used the drive thru, the register person was an older woman like myself. She did great. I did ask for hot french fries and the fries were hot but when I got to eating my have this one restaurant's sandwich. It was cold but a cold roast. Beef sandwich was still good because I added onion, lettuce and tomato.

I don't usually go for the negative, but I ordered food for 3 people. I was very clear and said several times that I needed a couple cups of red ranch. This was confirmed back to me and got back home with one cup. There are six sandwiches and one cup an sauce. I'm just mind blown. Seemed basic to me...

Best milkshake in town. Specialty sandwiches are delicious. Love the curly fries! The French dip is fantastic.

Stopped here on a trip for a quick sandwich. The roast beef was good but what set it apart was the server, Alexis, who had refreshing manners seldom experienced in fast food outside of CFA. And the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Happy we stopped.
My husband went thru drive thru tonight around 9:30pm, granted they were closing in 30mins, but my son was hungry. That doesn't mean to give cold food charge for extra sauce and not put it on the sandwich and then all together not give us part of our order. I know he should've checked the bag, but he didn't know that the #3 comes with a side of au jus, so he wouldn't have known it was missing to begin with. We tried to call the restaurant at 9:45pm and no answer. We love Arby's and go often. But I'd definitely advise against going at 9:30pm, they seem to not care any more. I never write bad reviews but come on now, what are you guys doing.?

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the lady that heard my feral child demanding a salad at a place that does not have salads and accommodating that by cutting up the ingredients in a wrap for us. That was one less thing this tired mama had to do when we got home. Thanks so much for going above and beyond when you didn’t have too. We need more people like you in today’s society! I just wish I would have gotten your name so you could get the credit you deserve!
