I was there at lewisburg wv two days ago and had to wait for my fresh hot crinkle fries. The elderly gentleman that fell on wet floor and witnessed that the crew members had not even come to his aid for help. The cashier just stood there not aware of what happened by yelling GO GET THE MANAGER she casual walk to the edge of the counter and said nothing. She did not come over to him asked ARE YOU ALRIGHT. She just stood there not wanting to get involved or nothing just blank stare....
I used the drive thru, the register person was an older woman like myself. She did great. I did ask for hot french fries and the fries were hot but when I got to eating my have this one restaurant's sandwich. It was cold but a cold roast. Beef sandwich was still good because I added onion, lettuce and tomato.
Stopped here on a trip for a quick sandwich. The roast beef was good but what set it apart was the server, Alexis, who had refreshing manners seldom experienced in fast food outside of CFA. And the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Happy we stopped.
