We stopped in for smash burger night, which was amazing. The smash burgers were great. The service was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely would recommend to stop in and check out Biergarten if you are in town.

We saw a sign on Main Street. We had been to Lewisburg before , but did not know there was a German restaurant in town.

We had such an amazing lunch here! We are thankful we saw the sign on the sidewalk or else we might not have stumbled upon it!
Kid-friendliness: We brought our young daughter and were wondering how well it would work out… they had a great highchair and were very accommodating of our needs!

Lewisburg is a fun place for bars. Briergarten is one of the coolest to hang out at and have some beers with friends. I really like the wide selection of beers. I always get to try something new every time I'm there. I also like how they have the garage door raised most of the time. It's a chill atmosphere to drink at. The food is top notch too. I've eaten the Swift's Level Curry Wurst that came with some kind of mustard and had sourkraut on the weiner. It was a banging meal with the porter I was drinking. I highly recommend that selection!
Parking: If by chance you can't get in one of the spaces right outside the place, you can pak along the adjacent street, or in one of the spaces that are right next to Carnegie Hall and The Market.

Visited Lewisburg and stumbled upon this gem. It was super busy inside but we immediately felt welcome when the owner made space for us at his table. Super welcoming and kind, even with our 4 year old kid. Will definitely go back if we are ever in the area.

Had a fantastic lunch there today, I loved my Rueban, our kid loved the pretzel, and my husband loved the smash burger, which we didn't even notice was coming out slower...cause we loved the food at hand and the atmosphere... but 4 people came by and apologized for it running a bit slow...Great place will be back!

Such a fun little stop with friendly staff and a nice variety of beer, wine and spirits. It was laid back and fun for a Saturday afternoon drop in. We didn't eat there but the food looked really good, will try it next time.
Had a reuben which was a close second to the best ever. Music was loud so conversation inside is hard. This was a Friday night. Nice tables outside with chalk walls for sketches.

Called earlier in the day asked if they did call & pickup & was told they do. I wanted to get my baby boys some pretzels. It was my first born's birth day today. I don't celebrate birth days cause of my belief, but I did still want to do something nice for my babies knowing they love pretzels & wanted to get out of the house. I went late cause it was a very busy day for me just as is every day with having to care for my babies alone with no help & etc while having to do doing everything else too. I called at 8:42 pm was already on my way & was going to pickup pretzels. I was told they closed at 9 pm. Last I remember all places close at time of closing not even a minute before. I went to ups in Beckley & they had the best character & kindness. They said they don't close till the exact time it says closed & that's policy for any business. The lady there even told me if I was late & showed up 2-3 min before that they would still help & serve me & would wait even if I made it at the time they closed & she did exactly that, unlocked her door for me & got my items & got me out the door in less than 1 minute with other customers who was still there before I got there. Her & the other workers there are the absolute sweetest for that! I have told everyone I know & don't know to go there cause of her. I get messages about their experiences & it brings me joy to help share my experience to help point people to places where they are valued & taken care of & cared about & etc.. I was told the pretzels take about 2-3 minutes to make & doesn't take long. Don't say you close at 9 if you aren't going to serve your customers till 9. That is how places don't last, the pride before the fall. Character & how things are done matters cause you affect those you serve in many ways. Need to do better & right. A town nearby that had a Subway started doing that & their customers went elsewhere & told other people they knew & people they didn't know & they all went elsewhere. They don't get business & are about to shut down cause they was ran poorly by people with bad character. I will not be spending my money where I'm not valued. I did get my babies food from somewhere else & got them some fireworks as a little treat added to it. They enjoyed it! I'm glad & joyful the drive wasn't a waste of gas, time, & money. & the other place I went to was super understanding, kind, & patient. I just wanted to do something nice for my sons since we never go out much. I was going to be at this place by 9:50-9:55 pm. I called around 9:42 & was letting them know to go ahead & make the pretzels since it didn't take long. There's no excuse, just laziness & pride for why they chose not to serve me. I had already driven 1 hour out that way cause they told me to call & let them know a few minutes before I got there. No where on their site or sign does it say we quit serving people at this certain time, it only says closing is at 9 pm. I wanted to share my experience cause I'm tired of people & how they treat other people. Do unto others how you would want to be done by them, how you would do unto yourself, & how you would do unto God...
Update 07/26/2024-
The owner Mr. Lance Syner contacted me & corrected & done right by my babies & I. He was kind & understanding. My babies love their all beef hotdogs. The workers should say their names professionally when speaking to someone when answering the phones & when speaking in person. People don't know their name personally even with a nametag. Should take name & number when ordering over the phone to call when their food is ready while waiting in the parking lot. Maybe butter the pretzels & grilled cheese or dont put them in high heat for so long. It gets hard & difficult to chew after cooling off. For t

Fun place, keeping it down to earth, lots going on for everyone. We appreciate the welcome we received from the fellows on the outdoor grill, to see the support they give other local businesses and all the drink specials. Shout out to you all, hopefully we can stop again on another trip. Would love to see a little table service for ordering but no big deal, real gem of a place. Thanks everyone, good vacation memories.
