I paid for an online order, but it didn’t go through. The girls up front were accommodating and tried to get me my food and figure out a refund, but a cook interrupted me as I was on the phone. She rudely asked me questions and said she couldn’t prepare the food. I understand there might have been system issues, but her attitude was unacceptable. I didn’t get my food or a refund.

Found hair on kids frie, tables dirty, did get order right and after adding blizzard didn't flip any three and one was milk shake, one half and half and one ok. If they seevive was nice and smiled or treated wwith out throwing thr ice cream at you I be shock. Very disappointed

Went to drive thru girl working had to repeat my order several times finally got it right or I thought. Paid for it was pulling out only had 3 of the 4 burgers. I ordered 2 chicken salads 2 plain cheeseburgers 1 the way it comes and 1 with onions lettuce and tomatoes only. I pulled back in parking lot looked saw I was missing the regular burger went in said I was never charged for it. I didn't get ny receipt so I didn't know if i was or not. But she repeated my order back to me and I ever said 2 salads and 4 burgers should said yes m ma'am so I leave no burger get home one had lettuce tomatoes ketchup mustard pickles one had ketchup and one had pickles and had BBQ sauce for my dressing. I have tried calling and no one will answer. I had same experience last time with ice cream so I will not be going back get it together.i don't mind waiting but come on this is ridiculous.
