Lewisburg, WV, is a wonderful town, and Del Sol Cantina is a perfect complement! The restaurant is clean and well maintained (the patio looked very nice, but it was too cold to eat out there). Service was stellar and attentive. We had the chips appetizer with guac and queso cheese - mmmmm. My wife got the birria tacos, which were super juicy and tasty. Excellent customer service and the food was absolutely delicious! My mother and I are from out of town and it was so good the first time we ate there, we ate there the second day before heading home. The portions were big and the food was flavorful. Will definitely be back when in town next time.
P.S. Save room for the fried ice cream! It won’t disappoint!
