Lewisburg, WV, is a wonderful town, and Del Sol Cantina is a perfect complement! The restaurant is clean and well maintained (the patio looked very nice, but it was too cold to eat out there). Service was stellar and attentive. We had the chips appetizer with guac and queso cheese - mmmmm. My wife got the birria tacos, which were super juicy and tasty. The real star of the evening was the blackened shrimp tacos, though - a perfect blend of crispy cabbage, sweet sauce, caramelized...
We found this restaurant during a trip on i 64 through West Va. unexpected pleasure. Had a great dinner on the outdoor patio. Crab cake salad and Caesar with salmon were wonderful. The spicy margarita was way too spicy but our server replaced it with a Cadillac which was tasty. Owner chef did a table touch which is a sign of a well managed operation. The downtown itself is quaint and full of history.

We stopped here for dinner with family and were very happy with our meals . Service was excellent all around. The wait staff was hustling throughout the evening and yet still made time to come back and check on us and refill water glasses etc. Food was fresh, flavorful, and sufficient quantities. Would eat here again
