Me and my GF stopped in after watching the Christmas Lights at the fair grounds, it was around 8pm. We asked the guy at the counter if we had to place a mobile order to use the coupons on the app, he said he thinks so. So we sat down and placed an order, he comes out and says we were out of hush puppies, we then ask can you just cancel the order where we placed extra hush puppies, they said they couldnt do that. While we were their, the staff were talking about us and another couple that were dining in the dining room also. Mind you this store is small and they are arguing with the other couple and threatened to kick them out all because the staff are being very un professional and making fun of them whipe they are literally just a few feet away. The manager on duty and the lil guy that was working the counter really need to learn to be professional. I understand we have days but you never talk about customers while others are in ear shot. Very un professional.

Sept 19 2024 I tried calling g starting at 8 pm to place an order no answer not once placed order online my husband picked it up they were not on proper uniforms also we were missing our side order of corn and of course you can't call because no one is answering the phones I called over 20 times with no answer my husband had to drive back to let them know the $48 order we made was not complete will never return again poorest service ever I have worked in the service industry pretty much my entire life so I'm not usually one to complain unless I get crappy service which is what i got tonight place is a joke

This place is joke. I came in August 4 to get some grilled shrimp. I was told they had to un thaw it. I came back on Aug 5 still got the excuse they had to un thaw it. They had to un thaw the salmon also. They were didn't do anything. The manager wasn't in the store but was at home. If you don't have the product then close the store or the manager to stay at work and do his job. God help rh

I haven't been there in several months until last week. I ordered 10 piece of shrimp and a fish meal it took over 35 minutes to receive my order in the Drive-Thru with no other vehicles in front of me

Out of everything all the time, No large cups, drinks are always flat, place is always dirty, trash overflowing, and the workers always in the back doing nothing when you just need some sauce you can’t get it because it’s behind the counter. ALL IN ALL DO NOT EAT HERE POORLY RUN, POOR FOOD, AND ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING YOY

I loved the chicken, fish, and shrimp. I loved the French fries, but they don't stay fresh long. My favorite part of Long John Silver was the crunchy bits you got. That didn't happen this time, and I am highly disappointed. Plus, they have sucky sides.

Took a ride couple weeks ago stopped by long johns to eat order food had 2 orders. Order was 22.00. Get up 2 the window didn't have change for 50.00. So we had to drive down the Street to get change come back to pay for food thinking they would have refixed order no management David was going to hand us the food they had setting until we got back with change. I said I know you not gonna give us that food you already fixed while we went to get change he said yeah I said can you give us hot food he said we not suppose to do that. He said I will do it this time. With an attitude. We told him to keep it & we wouldnt be back. I asked David was he the Manager he said yeah had on sweat shirt. not management like at all. I worked in fast food for 16 yrs. I have visited this long John 3 times.. Never have Pepsi always out. No large cups with the survey you buy large drink I got offered a medium because they didnt have large cups. Corporate or someone needs to have meeting & get restaurant & staff straightened out or you gonna loose business.
