The team at the Lewisburg never disappoint. We aren’t a fan of chain pizza, other than Papa John’s. Cody, Alexis and everyone at the Lewisburg Papa John’s is always nice and service is on point!!!

Absolutely disgusting. I order an ultimate garlic stuffed crust with cheese well done and a cookie and paid 40 something dollars after leaving a 20% tip. Only to get a sloppy soggy undercooked mess that was completely inedible! As soon as I grabbed the box from the delivery driver I knew something wasn’t right. The box was damp and saggy. Once I opened the lukewarm box I noticed the cheese was suck to the top. The pizza looked like it was flipped upside down; all the sauce and cheese was sloshed to one side pouring into the corners of the box itself. The pizza was doughy, wet and barely warm. It almost felt intentional how far from well done it was. It had black flakes of god knows what in it. Remnants of the dirty pan it was cooked it I’m sure. When I called to inform the manager I was told it would take 3 days for a refund. THIS PIZZA WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER ATTEMPTED TO EAT!

I tried to call your store in Lewisburg it went to a call center to someone that could barely speak English. So I waited to go in the store to order. Your counter menu doesn't even have prices. And forget about asking the lady that was working. She told me It would be easier to order online and didn't want to help. I walked out. Your store needs to do better.

Always great pizza & have never had an order go wrong or incorrect. Staff is always very friendly and I do order online for pick-up as we live far outside delivery area but orders are always ready on time. My favorite pizza place always for take out. The Papa rewards plus specials offered are great as well if you sign up for them!

I hate that this is the only Papa Johns in our town. It is so stressful trying to get a pizza from here. If you go on to pick it up, you get ignored, they will look at you but not say a word and then get to you when they feel like it. Worse customer service ever, EVERYTIME. If you get a delivery, you wait for over an hour just to be told there is no order for you even though it was already paid for online. And good luck even getting them to answer the phone, lol it's crazy. My call was transferred to another state like an answering service and even THEY couldn't get the local store to pick up the phone. I think this will be the last time I stress myself out over pizza. It's good but it ain't THAT GOOD to get treated bad and get stressed out.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 1 cheese pizza with 4 cheese cups. They gave me 0 pepperoni pizzas and 0 cheese cups. When I called them back they said they were out of pepperoni and cheese cups, smh. They could have told me that when I ordered but didn’t. They didn’t offer me any money back. They only offered some quality assurance credit. One experience followed by another.

Fast and did a good job. This isn't on the restaurant itself , it's on the papa John's business model: having a call center for orders is so annoying. Feels like you're on hold for student loan representative and not to order a pizza
